Walk 7 minutes in one direction and you are at Checkpoint Charlie. Walk 10 mins in the other direction and you are at the Mall of Berlin. Walk 20 mins in another direction and you are in the Museum area of Berlin. Loads of restaurants, supermarkets and stores right next door to the apartment. Wonderful location. Can walk everywhere, plus the subway station is right outside.
Room
Large. Clean. It's a studio apartment, so in one room you will have your bed, sofa, coffee table, desk, wardrobe and TV. Then in another room you will have your kitchen and another room is your bathroom.
Bedroom
Bed is comfortable, but for some reason, despite having a 1 double bed, the duvets supplied were for 2 single beds, rather than one big bed.
Plug sockets near the beds are useful, but they are not VERY near, but close enough.
The room is large and clean.
The TV is small and because of the size of the room, it's almost hard to see. Yes it's on a wheeled table so you can bring it closer to the bed, but the power cord limits the range of movement. It is a Smart TV though so you can cast your android phone to it. Not iOS
There is a balcony area with tables and chairs which is nice.
The AC is wall mounted as if it was a TV. It did cool the room which is surprising as the room is big.
Bathroom
Super clean. Towels and such changed daily. It's a bathtub with a shower combined. And now I am going to be SUPER picky when I say this......do NOT let this impact your decision to stay here or not, but the water pressure is good but not great. But that may be because I like to feel like the water is really shooting at my skin. Also, the shower head holder kept sliding down. Annoying, ever so slightly, but not a deal breaker
Kitchen
So useful. It's a large kitchen with a fridge plus freezer. Induction hob with 2 rings. Sink, dishwasher. Plates, bowls, cups, tea saucers and cups, cutlery, cooking pots, frying pans, utensils for them, cutlery for eating, kitchen knives, tea towels, sieves... all great and all provided. There was one review that said it only offered 1 plate set.... we had several and it was very very useful.
Laundry
The apartment has a laundry room. 3 washing machines, 3 drying units, an ironing board and good steam iron. Even the powder is provided and having a laundry room was super useful. It's on -1 floor of the West side of the building.
Breakfast
The breakfast room, on the 8th floor does have an amazing view, and the room is lovely - everything is white with stone-coloured chairs, super clean... as if designed by Apple
It's a half-buffet style, cereal, pastry, cheese, and cured meats are all help yourself. Eggs, tea and coffee are on request. I didn't like this. The staff are wonderful and very polite and well trained, but, for me, I prefer less interaction and would have preferred a full buffet-style where I can help myself to whatever I wanted without having to ask.
Gym and Sauna
Also on the 8th floor. The gym has wonderful views, there is a seated bike, treadmill, rowing machine, weight bench and some dumbbells. Max weight was 10kg for the dumbbells so really its more of a cardio room.
Service.
We arrived around 11pm, but reception is not open. You have to scan a QR code, fill in all your details, upload a photo of your passport.... then wait after it successfully registers you you can open the doors. Or you can pop into the security office where the guy will hand you a key. Much easier, but you are not explicitly told.
But, the service is good here. Everyone is very polite, very helpful, all speak English. Cannot fault them at all. Just wish the reception was 24 hours
The location is great, the room is large and clean, the laundry room is useful and the gym and breakfast room have great views. It is expensive which is the only hesitant thing about returning here, but it is comparable in price to other similar hotels but here you get a much larger room with a kitchen. Great stay!

訪訪客不幸的是,游泳池已經關閉,游泳池需要登錄,然後可以用一個小時的游泳池。週末的室開業時間從14:00到20:00,對這樣一個豪華酒店絕對不可接受,我們對此感到非常生氣。在預訂時,我們沒有收到任何信息,關於在所的時光是如此規範,而且是完全關閉的池區。在接待處的請求下,我們收到了信息,該池由於節能措施而關閉,而且還缺乏工作人員。我們認爲,如果不提供大量服務,那麼就必須調整住價格。不幸的是,我們不能像我們打算那樣享受住!

AAngelinchina我經常出差,一年睡很多晚在酒店,我從來沒有經歷過我到達柏林希爾頓酒店時的情況。
我已經預訂了,並在旅行前大約4個月支付了“雙牀房,帶圓頂景觀”。
入住後,自動給我分配了一個不是雙牀或圓頂景觀的房間(下圖可以看到景色);我兩次回前台,抱怨這不是我訂的房間,酒店工作人員最無益,他們不允許我和經理交談,也沒有提供任何解決方案或任何形式的補償,他們的回答只是酒店已經預訂完畢,他們無能爲力。
這是錯誤的,因爲不同的原因,首先他們給我分配了一個只有一張牀的房間,其次他們沒有提供任何解決方案,除了在房間裏增加一點滾筒牀,第三他們不允許我和經理說話。
非常失望,這些經歷不屬於希爾頓這樣的連鎖酒店,這個不幸的事件玷污了我在酒店的住宿。
我希望這次審查能在某種程度上對希爾頓的某個人有所幫助,並做一些事情,以避免任何有類似經歷的客人。

JJOEL入住和退房都是自己操作的,你甚至要自己編程卡,櫃檯後面從來沒有人。房間非常好,有一個陽台,舒適的牀,有很多枕頭/墊子,電視有很多頻道(節目都是德語或至少被稱爲)。他們甚至給你漂亮的臥室拖鞋,水壺,茶和咖啡,有足夠的插座爲您的設備充電在房間裏。有一個保險箱,微波爐和小爐子做你的烹飪盤子,碗,和餐具提供。我們甚至可以使用地下室的洗衣設施(洗衣機和烘乾機),如果需要的話,可以幫自己多拿毛巾和紙巾盒。位置非常靠近亞歷山大廣場火車站(步行約5-6分鐘)。超市也位於離這裏約5分鐘的路程,這是巨大的,只要記住它在週日關閉。

訪訪客旅館的位置可説是得天獨厚，從亞歷山大廣場站北邊出來，面前最高的那棟藍色板樓就是，目測200米的距離，這一點對初來乍到從機場乘火車進城的旅客來説挺重要的，因為免去了倒車的麻煩。另外從旅館步行即可一路向西溜達到柏林的精華所在—-博物館島，繼續往前還可以一直走到國會大廈，可以説是極方便了。旅館周邊是個小商圈，樓下有家亞洲超市，旁邊幾步之遙還有一間百貨公司。 缺點是樓太高了，高峯期可能需要排隊等電梯，另外就是因為樓高房間多的緣故，感覺浴缸的下水不是很通暢，不過總體説來，衞生做得很乾凈，另外還是樓高的緣故，風景很好，完全不必再去其他地方花錢找所謂rooftop 看風景了。

訪訪客令人失望...我們來這裏六年多,無縫下降。晚上是桑拿被忽視,沒有人來補充毛巾和水杯,更別說“裝修”意味着把冰箱移除,冰箱過去在桑拿後提供免費軟飲料和瓶裝水。只是兩種茶(如果能維持那四種紅茶就等於四種茶...)。桑拿溫度沒人控制了,有一天脆熱,上次可以在...裏面睡着了
房間不能加熱,只是冷卻。如果試圖關閉空調,可以t,他們需要大樓業主的批准才能改變整個酒店的設定溫度。上次他們給我們提供了一個加熱器,現在我們必須換房間額外收費。
所有員工似乎都對投訴不知所措,除了道歉,沒有什麼可以換取浪費時間和金錢...
房間鑰匙並不總是在電梯或地板上工作。桑拿的額外編碼不時起作用。
工作人員不知所措,房間訂單來得很晚或根本不來。沒有任何咖啡套餐。
