I stayed at the nhow Hotel Berlin with friends for 6 nights around New Year's. While there were some positive aspects, overall, the experience felt quite inconsistent for a 4-star hotel. The positives: - The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. - Soundproofing between the rooms was good. - The staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, there were numerous issues that detracted from the experience: - Reservation Mix-Up: I had specifically requested two single beds instead of a double bed, but this was not reflected in the room assignment upon arrival. - Missing Amenities: Basic items in a hotel like bathrobes and slippers were missing from the room, and we were told to order them via room service. Unfortunately, the app didn’t work, and no one at the reception answered the phone despite multiple attempts on different days. - Light and Noise Issues: While the rooms were soundproofed well from other rooms, we could hear everything happening in the hallway. Additionally, there was a gap under the door, letting light from the corridor into the room at night, which made it impossible to have complete darkness. - Wellness Area: The wellness area was underwhelming. There was no jacuzzi, only a sauna and a hammam, and the hammam was out of service. The gym locker room lights stopped working after a certain time, and towels were unavailable later in the day. - Misleading Information: A brochure in the room mentioned that phone chargers were available via room service. However, we were told at the reception that these were no longer provided for free and had to be purchased for €20. While the hotel wasn’t bad overall, these recurring small issues added up and left us feeling that the service didn’t meet the expectations for a 4-star establishment. It’s a shame because we did enjoy our stay to some extent, but the lack of attention to detail was disappointing. If I return to Berlin, I won’t rule out staying here again, but I’ll definitely check other options first.

We recently stayed at The Circus Hotel in Berlin, taking two rooms for a short family trip. The experience was, in many respects, excellent. The location is ideal—central, with easy access to public transport and within walking distance of a huge variety of restaurants and shops. Service throughout was truly commendable. Staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful at every turn. The hotel bar is a genuine highlight—stylish, welcoming, and well-stocked. We especially appreciated the honesty bar and terrace upstairs, which made for a beautiful, relaxed afternoon during our stay. Breakfast was another strong point, offering a good variety of quality options in a comfortable setting. The rooms themselves are well-sized, clean, and nicely appointed. However, there’s a major issue that any traveller should be aware of: there is no real air conditioning. What’s provided is what I would describe as a comfort cooling system—more symbolic than functional. During our stay, temperatures hovered around 25 °C during the day and 18 °C at night, yet the rooms remained unpleasantly warm. Both rooms had fans, and the windows had to be opened to let in any real cool air. It’s quite clear that the hotel expects guests to rely on the fans, which is not acceptable given the climate realities of Berlin summers. This significantly affected our comfort and sleep. For travel between late May and early October, I would strongly caution against booking unless you’re completely indifferent to room temperature. It’s unfortunate, because in almost every other respect, The Circus Hotel is a real gem. I genuinely wanted to love it, and in cooler months, I very likely would. But the absence of proper climate control is a deal-breaker in warmer weather, and it’s clear the hotel is aware of the issue—hence the fans in every room. Pros: • Excellent location • Superb service • Great breakfast • Fantastic bar and terrace • Generous room size Cons: • No air conditioning—only a weak cooling system and fans • Rooms become uncomfortably warm even in moderate summer temperatures Conclusion: A brilliant hotel during cooler seasons. But for summer stays, particularly with children or light sleepers, the lack of proper climate control unfortunately outweighs the many positives.

整體來說非常滿意，服務人員很親切，早餐很豐盛，走路2分鐘有地鐵站，走路約10分鐘有許多百貨商場可以逛街

地理位置還可以，房間也還行，但是柏林有兩個名字一模一樣的酒店，地址不一樣，很容易搞錯的。我們同事就搞錯了，跑到另外一個酒店了。我和酒店反饋了，酒店説很多人都反應這個問題，但是他們覺得無所謂，誰叫客人不看清楚酒店地址。酒店這個態度是有問題的，雖説地址可以區別兩個酒店，但是酒店取名字不應該造成誤解，在明知道已經造成很大誤解的前提下，還在繼續理直氣壯的造成誤解。下次不會再住了。

酒店裡沒有提供瓶裝飲用水，柏林希爾頓酒店的迷你吧定價極度不合理、漫天要價，體驗非常差。房間內沒有任何清晰的價目表，一瓶普通礦泉水竟然收費7歐元，而同款水在外面超市衹賣2歐元，價格翻了三倍多，屬於惡意宰客。入住全程沒有任何提醒，退房時才被收取費用，讓人非常反感。作為國際連鎖品牌，用這種不透明、不合理的高價消費坑騙客人，完全不配希爾頓的品牌水準，強烈不推薦

住宿地點優越 設施齊全 有一個小廚房 但沒有廚員 最緊要係有冷氣 熱浪當日拯救世界 性價比高 自助check-in &out 比鄰地鐵站 剛剛好是A&B 區 邊界位 如果要搭地鐵 亦只需要步行十分鐘.附近有大型商場 有foodcourt 有超市 有dm 補給非常方便. 我覺得幾安全 附近全是住宅區

這是一家採用新風格設計的旅館，從名字就可以看出來。房間裡沒有私人浴室，所有浴室都位於樓層，每層樓有多個廁所/淋浴間。還有幾個廚房。廁所，至少是男廁，很亂，總是沒有衛生紙，還會留下啤酒瓶。一個波蘭人在我前面走進廁所，發現沒有衛生紙，罵了一句“kurwa”，然後摔門而去。這很有趣。不過，這不是工作人員的問題，他們會真誠地嘗試監控和清潔一切，而是客人的問題。房間的設計讓人想起蘇聯先鋒營，光禿禿的牆壁、床和電視、窗戶，儘管配有​​遮光窗簾。房間或多或少比較乾淨，但清潔服務需額外收費。一般來說，那裡的一切都需要額外的費用或押金。如果你想要毛巾就給20歐元；如果你想做飯，這裡有一套鍋子、清潔劑和一個開瓶器；留50歐元。這是我第一次看到沒有杯子、叉子或煎鍋的廚房。對我來說這簡直是無稽之談。但那裡有一台自動販賣機，售價 2 歐元，可以購買糖果和咖啡。這裡沒有飲水機，也沒有燒水壺，唯一的生活小撇步就是把馬桶裝滿水，用咖啡機裡的紙杯在微波爐裡加熱，然後用早餐時非正式帶來的茶包泡茶。工作人員之間互相不太友好，女孩收了20歐元押金，送了一條毛巾，承諾每天更換，接待員不肯，還要求5歐元換一次毛巾。但他們在這樣做時盡量保持禮貌。接待處並非 24 小時開放，開放時間為晚上 9 點，但之後仍可進入。需要憑鑰匙卡才能進入旅館區域和房間。食堂裡的食物也是用代幣出售的，順便說一句，這是我第一次看到這種情況；）早餐很簡單，很基本，而且總是一樣的，2 種酸奶、水果沙拉、煮雞蛋、幾種切片火腿/香腸和 2 種簡單的奶酪、基本的廉價麵包、黃瓜/西紅柿、鍋爐煮的咖啡。位置比較偏僻，但是附近有電車站。到達市中心需要很長時間，搭乘大眾運輸需要一個多小時。 儘管科佩尼克區總體上歷史悠久，但它一直是一個工人階級地區。現在那裡有很多烏克蘭人和波蘭人。從自然角度來看，這個地方很美麗，兩條河流交匯，周圍綠樹成蔭。旅館附近有休息室，因此住戶可以放心地在窗戶下閒逛、喝啤酒、抽**和大聲播放音樂。總的來說，就像那個笑話裡說的：“——什麼是複雜的感受？——就像當你的岳母在你的車裡淹死的時候！”

看着旅館的評論,我半信半疑,但實際上住在那裏,雖然有缺點,但優點也很明顯。 當我第一次入住時,我有點尷尬,因爲其他人已經在使用分配的牀上,但是當我告訴工作人員時,我只是不一樣。 我要求他使用牀,所以我用一張單層牀的蜂蜜抓住它(兩張牀 我用過) 因爲有很多孩子來學校旅行,所以晚上有點吵,隔音不完美,走廊的聲音連房間都能聽到。敏感的人推薦帶耳塞反正10點 之後很安靜,所以還可以。 淋浴間的清潔度還可以,但是熱水調節不好,所以第一次使用時我很驚訝。淋浴前提前檢查溫度是個好主意。 雖然有這樣的幾種不便,但是位置真的很好,交通、週邊便利設施都很優秀,旅行中移動很方便,整體上很喜歡自由、充滿活力的氛圍。職員們也很親切應對也很快 如果是喜歡旅館特有的氛圍的人的話會很滿足性價比也很好所以下次再訪問也很好

這個價錢根本住不下施泰根博閣飯店😃 房間太熱了，浴室和廁所的尿味很濃，而且淋浴……怎麼說呢？ ！不乾淨。 不過床還算夠睡一晚。之後，我去了公共游泳池，洗了個長長的澡。然後一切就都好了。 位置很棒。附近有很多餐廳。
