Its proximity to key attractions like Tiger’s Leap and Bushi Dam makes it an excellent base for exploring Lonavala. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space. Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service. The bar at the resort is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. My first business trip to Pune, the accomodation experience was super fantastic. Warm greeting from front desk when checked in at hotel. Room is well equipped with full ammenities, comfort bed, nice view from room

The service was an absolute standout. From the moment I stepped into the lobby to when I checked out, the care I received from service staff was unparalleled. The room was huge and beautiful too, the only downside are the filthy windows, probably time for some window cleaning. Location was alright, other than a small but upscale mall beside the hotel there was nothing much, but since I was there for business it was fine.

Hotel is pretty but old, tbh a little too pricey for what offers. Location is perfect, close to airport and business area in Pune. Staff is amazing, polite and friendly.

I made my base here when travelling for a friends wedding. My first time in India! The hotel was gorgeous and especially the rooftop. The spa treatment was well priced and very relaxing. In general the staff were very helpful too. I went in November, hotel seemed pretty quiet. I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness as I could see some marks on the window(which is full length from floor to ceiling) but in general was a lovely place to rest whilst not out exploring :)

We lived at Meritas Adore Resort in Lonavala for 3 nights and I would like to take a moment to really appreciate the entire the staff. They were all extremely respectful, humble, and responsive. Mr Shivam during check-in was welcoming and very accommodating. Baba rao in the restaurant was always on his feet during breakfast hours and whenevr we saw him throughout the day. Rahul and Sritham were very hospitable and kind and always served us with utmost warmth. The housekeeping girls always had a smile on their face and were available promptly. The property is small (which honestly we loved) and super squeaky clean and well maintained. Given the current situation in our country, the biggest thing i saw in the staff was how they gave equal treatment and respect to every guest despite their culture, language or dress. I am super happy we chose this place to spend a few days. I am surely going back again, if they maintain these good standards.
