普羅庫拉特7號豪華客房旅館(Procurator 7 Luxury Rooms)

Las habitaciones muy bien. La zona muy cómoda. El problema es la plaza que hay debajo y el ruido hasta tarde. Es como dormir en un edificio de la plaza mayor de madrid. El servicio y la limpieza impecables!!

Parfaitement placé,propre service rapide et agréable, 3eme étage moins sympa! Mais sinon très bien!

Wow, it's a beautifully appointed room in a prime location. Yes, there's stairs. Yes, it's compact.... it's a room on an old area! Love it We had ocean view... just gorgeous 😍

Very stylish and comfortable room overlooking a large square on the edge of Split old town. The rooms are on the third floor of an historic building (so no lift) and a superb location for the old town and waterfront area of Split. Only a 10 min walk from the catamaran jetty, close to the historic sights and plenty of restaurants and bars etc on the doorstep. Ana was a fantastic host, always available via message in advance and during our stay as needed, very efficient and helpful. There isn’t a 24 hour reception but we didn’t need that and are happy being independent. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and with everything we needed, comfortable bed, AC, fridge and a modern bathroom and shower. Check out the roof terrace for a splendid view of the city. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great stay with Procurator 7. The room was well decorated, clean, spacious and the service was fantastic. Ana had great communication and was very helpful. Would highly recommend Procurator 7.

It was just pure luck that we found this place. Centrally located, Room was great and we had a small (a bit scary) balcony. Nice to sit on the balcony and look at people passing by downunder. A great roof-terrace (2 stairs up) gave a brilliand view over the city. Good sized bathroom. Aircon that worked as it should (! as this is not always the case..) Great service by management. Room was kept i mint condition with respect to cleanliness. No breakfast service was provided but vouchers to with great discount at a local restaurant was a good solution. Be aware that rooms are at 4.th floor with no elevator!

Amazing accommodation. If you are looking for a nice spot in the city center this is perfect. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The host (Ana) is charming and provided us with great recommendations for restaurants. In addition, she is keen on answering and helping you with any questions you might have. The accommodation has a roof top terrace which you can visit at any time. Do note that the building does not have an elevator so you will have to walk up 6 flights of stairs. We felt this to be a good exercise and excuse for eating ice cream everyday. Only challenge is parking which is not easy to find around the area. If you are lucky you will find a spot near the square, if not, you are in for a 15min walk.
