The hot water in the bathroom was not hot enough on the first night but they fixed it quickly. Great service. The snack bar is convenient.

The beds were super comfortable! The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel overall was immaculate and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had! The hotel breakfast waiter, Antoine, could not have been more friendly or more helpful. Very kind gentleman and should be praised for his service!

This was a nice hotel - spacious, comfortable, and clean. As someone who travels frequently for work, I was happy with the closet and drawer space but disappointed there wasn't a microwave considering the size of the room. I loved the blackout curtain feature. The temperature panel was easy to control. The free breakfast was decent and plentiful; the attendant (Antoine) was the best, very helpful. The bed was decent. The room felt secure. Great location - within walking distance of some fun food spots. I would stay here again.

The best part of my stay was the gentleman who was in charge of breakfast. He was thorough, nice, and on top of taking care of everything. Antoine was amazing!

I spent 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was very comfortable and clean, staff is super polite and helpful, excellent breakfast, and perfect location.

Nice location in downtown. Breakfast bar was excellent. Nice clean gym facility However our room was dusty as if it hadn’t been used in awhile. It was also cold and took a long time to get warmed up. Also it was advertised as a full service restaurant and lounge. The menu online looked great, but that was not at all accurate. They had an extremely limited menu; maybe five items.

I don't like the fact that it costs $$ to park, but at least they have a parking garage now. The road noise was a bit loud. The breakfast was great! The hotel is clean, modern and convenient.
