Best housboat in srinagar! 最高のハウスボートでした。 夫と2人、初めてのスリナガル旅で、絶対に素敵なハウスボートに泊まりたいと思いリサーチにかなり時間をかけましたが、ここに決めて本当に良かったです。 ボートのホストのムスターク(Mustaq)とお世話係のゴザール(Gulzar)、そして近くに住んでいるムスタークの家族は、私達が常に心地よく居られる様に心配りをしてくれました。 おすすめの観光場所を提案してくれたり、ホテルに戻ればお茶とビスケットを出してくれて、早朝シカラ出発前には朝5時に暖かいお茶のポットを持たせてくれたり。優しいアットホームなもてなしに感動しました。 ご飯はカシミール地方の家庭料理を出してくれて、品数もボリュームもあって美味しかったです。 そして、このボートがあるニジーン湖は凄く静かで、鳥の声が良く聞こえて美しいです。 目の前には大きな湖が広がり、夕方にはサンセットも見れて本当に心地よかった。 早朝のシカラボートは絶対におすすめです。薄暗い中の霧がかった湖、あんなにも幻想的な湖は他では見たことがありません。 ただ、私達がお願いしたシカラはモーターが付いていて、シカラのキャプテンには早朝は手漕ぎをお願いしていましたが、ほぼモーター移動となってしまったことが残念でした。朝のシカラは手で漕いでもらう事をおすすめします。 初スリナガルの旅、正直少し不安もありましたが、この街とこのボートに行けて最高の思い出になりました！ Mustaq,Gulzar,Mustaq family,本当にありがとう！ ※ ホテルと岸辺のシカラボートの行き来は無料で利用できました。

It was a marvelous experience having a stay at floating heavens houseboat. The houseboat had a luxurious ambience, delicious and homelike food, clean and hygienic rooms with a beautiful view from its desk. It had calm and peaceful surroundings.

.cold weather feels good and good service staff and ***ager at house boat. The food was variety and tasty. Very well maintained with cleanliness . Both staff and ***ager take care the tourist very well to get the services. The hospitality.overall satisfied.

Tranquility, peace and gorgeous views, the Floating Heaven houseboat at Nigeen Lake is the place to be at. This was my second visit to Kashmir and I chose to stay with them yet again for 4 days as I trusted their commi**ent to providing the best hospitality. Besides their warmth, what I loved about the houseboat experience was waking up to lovely interiors. Intricate wood carvings with traditional wood furniture and beautiful Kashmiri carpets are praise worthy. The rooms are cosy and aesthetically designed with traditional Kashmiri upholstery. The legacy of the Floating Heaven is being brilliantly taken forward by the owner Mr. Mushtaq. He is very passionate about his houseboat as well as travelling and trekking around Kashmir, which he is happy to plan for his guests. During my trip as a solo traveler, he guided me and booked me accurately to places and hotels that were of my interest. He ensured that my road travel was booked with punctual and trustworthy drivers and hotels were a pleasant stay. He is the best person to ask about everything you need to know about travelling in Kashmir. The caretaking staff Yususf bhai and Mustafa are very friendly and helpful and always available within a call. I would highly recommend the Floating Heaven houseboat for a warm and friendly home like experience and a place to create memories that you can treasure a lifetime.

A magical experience on Lake Nigeen in Srinagar. The lake is peaceful & the houseboat luxurious. Mushtag was a wonderful host & organised some great day tours. Gulzar was very attentive & caring, providing for all our needs.

Very clean property. The decor of the houseboad is antique and gives the antique vibe. There are rules to use the washroom for minimum spillage of water, which are reasonable. The caretaker, Gulzarbhai is very amicable person.

Going from Midwest America to Srinigar, Kashmir, India in just 48 hours is quite a change. We were almost in shock at all the differences, plus I got the dreaded head cold from 17 hours on the plane. Then we arrived at Floating Heaven, took our shoes off, had a welcome drink of tea, and sat down in a gorgeous public room. Each of us immediately felt relaxed, calm, and safe. We are three friends traveling together from Wisconsin (ages 73, 72, and 50). We were too tired to even eat! As we entered our bedrooms we were absolutely delighted, used the lovely bathrooms, and crawled into bed. The sounds of the city were gone and we only heard the water and animals. I looked out the window to find a huge lily pad forest. We were treated to a full breakfast and sat on the porch in conversation. We visited the city in the day and witnessed the houseboats on Dal Lake -- crowded and having views of the city street -- and thanked our stars we had opted for Floating Heaven on Nigeen Lake. This was the best experience for two ladies and a gentle***. We opted to add another night simply because we could not imagine going to a hotel over this houseboat that had everything and more.

I booked this houseboat of lot of survey online, tour agents were given the houseboats which were not very good then I booked myself directly contacting owner and I got in very good rate also. Surprisingly houseboat maintained very nicely. Very cleaned and arranged all things properly. Clean bathroom, room size very spacious. Double and single bed with sofa in room. Food quality was very tasty. Specially owners are very much caring and paying attention to customers. Very silent and beautiful location, don't go to stay in Dal lake. Dal lake is good for Shikara ride only to see floating market but Nigeen Lake specially Floating Heaven Houseboat is very much preferred, good for family. I liked too much and we enjoyed here.

This houseboat was perfect for us. It is in a quiet place and the hospitality of the ***ager was very good. This houseboat is not connected to the land but it is on an island. They have a nice shikara(boat) ride service that will bring guests in and out of the houseboat whenever requested. The food was very good quality and the cook and the caretaker were very caring to us. The transportation arrangement provided by the ***ager was very reliable and reasonably priced. We would recommend this houseboat for a nice and peaceful stay in Kashmir.
