I was excited about this hotel when booking it, the price,Location and looks made me feel like I was getting the best deal. Upon arriving I was greeted by the front desk staff which is always great! Once I informed them I had a pet and this is a "pet friendly"hotel the lady at the front desk told me I CAN NOT LEAVE MY PET IN MY HOTEL EXCEPT TO SWIM. I chuckled and said what about if I have dinner plans later, she said you can find lots of pet friendly places for them to join you. I then asked about church on Sunday and then she was fine with leaving my pet in the room. Once we got into our room first thing I noticed was the floor with brown burn marks and sections of the wall with significant damage I understand things happen no big deal. Our room sink leaks everywhere but the sink drain and the room had 2 remotes and 1 of them had what I hope was melted chocolate all over it. The room was hard to keep comfortable it was either too cold or too hot with those wall units they use. Our beds were loud and not the most comfortable with random hairs on our pillows. I'll gladly spend the extra $20 on another hotel next time to get a room that is clean, comfortable and not be told what I can and can't do in the room that I paid for and put a credit card onfile for accidents

Great hotel for the price. Staff was friendly. linoleum floors (no carpet) were dirty. When walking in white socks they got dirty. It needed mopping. The walls seemed thin. Lots of noise from surrounding rooms. Otherwise it was a nice stay for the price.

Pésimo, las habitaciones son incómodas, el baño es incomodo y la limpieza es nula. Estuve 6 noches y solo entraron una sola ves y solo estiraron las sábanas. Había cabellos largos en la cama y en el piso, les doy un cero en limpieza y mantenimiento.

The room was nice and location was good. The housekeepers were very loud really early in the morning right outside my room. They woke me up several times with loud music and door banging. I complained but they didn't do anything about it.

One bed sheets not changed. The sheets were dirty and their was hair on the sheets. Management did not make any apology or offer any resolution to this problem.

Room was clean and the staff was kind. I used a towel to block the light from the hallway that shone through the door. Very noisy the weekend I was there.

We liked the comfort beds, quiet surroundings, good quality of TV set, updated sink faucet that does not leak or splash water all over the place, the shower water mixed well that does not go extremely hot and then cold, and especially the well lit room. We've been bringing a flash light while traveling due to the poor lighting that made it hard to see on the microwave and TV remote.
