Everything was excellent from the staff to the accomodations. Will definitely stay there on our next visit to tulsa. I would recommend whether you’re going with family or solo. Nice area with no concerns. Breakfast was the only issue as far as the temperature of the food but we considered that minor
They not only didn't honor my reservation, they verbally accosted me and left me stranded without a room. I booked a king room about a month before my stay. I arrived around 9pm to find the room I reserved was no longer available. I was very annoyed to say the least and was forced to find another room. When I found a more expensive room across town I was told to book it by the front desk and work it out after the fact. I did so. When I came back to the front desk to ask why my card was charged for the stay I was greeted by a new person, Sean the night auditor, who was rude and verbally abusive to say the least. When I asked about the charged he barked, ”I'm busy with something else and will deal with in the morning!” I pressed that I didn't feel comfortable leaving with charges on my card for a stay I didn't get and stated, ”I don't appreciate the condescending attitude.” To which he responded, ”I don't need to be nice to a**holes.” I left and reported the incident immediately to Hilton corporate. I was told that Amy Claybourn the General Manager of the property would contact me which I am still waiting for. The worst part is they sent me to the Hilton Garden Inn, which was also overbooked so I ended up staying in a gross roach motel for the night... I am a lifelong diamond member but will never stay at another Hilton again as a result of this.
We arrived on a Thursday and left on Monday morning. Came to Tulsa to see Alice In Chains at the Brady Theater. This wasn’t the closest place to the venue, but after much research we decided to stay here for safety, accessibility to parks, restaurants, and 2 of our favorite grocery stores. Also based on the reviews of this hotel. I needed an ADA room with wheelchair access since I had my knee replaced just 4 weeks prior to this trip. This room was awesome! We could’ve had a wheelchair party with 100 wheelchairs! We got the one bedroom suite with king size bed. They probably fixed us up with the best room in the hotel for someone like me, who traveled earlier than Doctor wanted, and had to stay in bed most of the time lol. The room was huge, quiet, super clean and comfortable, and had a nice view of the skies when the thunder and lightning storms rolled in. Their landscaping is awesome. Every single one of the employees that we encountered, had a smile and were exceptionally friendly. They take pride in this hotel and it shows. I’ve got OCD and would never walk around without slippers in a hotel room, but felt comfortable doing in here when I couldn’t reach them due to mobility issues. We didn’t get to use the pool because storms but it was clean. The free breakfast was pretty good. It would’ve been better with fresh melons and berries but since the plandemic, those have been hard to come by on hotel breakfast menus. The seating area for breakfast was very nice, having indoor and outdoor options. Too bad I had to stay in the room most of the time, hooked up to my electric water cooler for knee inflammation, we would’ve taken advantage of that pool and sat outdoors when the weather was nice. Love love love this hotel. Give me an excuse to go back to Tulsa and we’ll be there!

訪訪客This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. This is the first and only bad review I have ever written in my life, for any hotel or motel that I've ever stayed in. We came to Tulsa to attend a funeral. After a good night's sleep, I had planned to take a shower before going to the funeral that same morning, but the water diverter would not work. it would only work for a bath option. I reported the problem to the manager, as I thought maybe I didn't know how to use it. The manager agreed that the water diverter on the spout was not working probably and offered to move us to another room. I didn't have time to move to another room and still make it to the funeral in time. So I went down for breakfast. There were no breakfast options other than high sugar and high-carb foods, nothing healthy or appropriate for a type 2 diabetic diet. So I had coffee and a banana. After going to the funeral without a shower, we were move to another room. The room we were moved to did have a shower that worked. But the king size bed mattress in room 229 was so broke down on each side that it was like sleeping in a New York pothole. I finally put a pillow in the pothole to level out the mattress so I could get a little sleep. The next morning I went down for breakfast again, and the same thing, mostly cold breakfast all high carbs, high sugar the worst breakfast options I've ever seen in a Marriott. However they did add a low sugar low fat yogurt. The manager did say they were shorthanded and couldn't offer their usual hot breakfast an other services. There are no microwaves in the rooms either. which is kind of strange.
Was sitting at the desk and went to get something out of my backpack when the office chair fell apart sending me to the ground hard hurting my arm. Front desk came up took pictures of chair and then went and got another chair. The man from the front desk said he would file a report and follow up with me the next morning. They never did. Since they didn’t seem to concerned I emailed Hilton. They didn’t respond either. The other part was f the stay that warranted the low rating is because I booked the hotel because I was arriving later and just wanted to grab a drink and get something to eat at the bar. It was not until after checking in that the let me know they would not be open for dinner and that the bar was closed because they did not have enough supplies. Needless to say I won’t be back.
