我們預訂了雙臥行政套房，真是個絕佳的選擇！入住流程快速方便，為我們的旅程開了個好頭。 房間寬敞、乾淨、舒適，非常適合家庭入住。房間配備了我們所需的一切，而且維護得很好。樓下的花園很漂亮，四處走走也很舒服。 工作人員非常友好，樂於助人。早餐非常棒，選擇豐富，每樣東西都新鮮美味。 總而言之，我們度過了愉快的時光，一定會再入住這裡。

我選擇這家酒店是因爲我看到各種平台上的評論說桑拿設施可用。我正在尋找有桑拿的酒店!!我的真實意圖。相比其他有桑拿的酒店,這裏價格鑑於豪華的設施和週邊,非常合理,讓我選擇了這家酒店。然而,當我到達並詢問前台時,我非常失望,只是發現水療和桑拿服務早已停止/正在裝修。老實說,我沒有任何其他理由留在這裏。 話說回來,房間很滿意,乾淨,5-star標準,有浴缸,電視工作完美,總體來說很興奮,很開心。酒店設施環境也優美令人印象深刻–大堂優雅專屬,通往房間的電梯區寬敞豪華,游泳池很大很漂亮,咖啡廳寬闊,食物美味此外,還提供付費水療服務。 總結一下,一切都很美很豪華,很滿意–絕對物有所值的一次住宿,唯一不足就是不能體驗桑拿,就這樣,4/5明星。提示頂部。

Third time to visit and I love this place. Great for families with toddlers. Staffs are very nice and accomodating, from receptionist to food servers to housekeeping. Great people.

很乾凈，房間很大，床很舒服。走路出來10分鐘就到fave hotel那邊的kopitiam了。去nagoya mall也就步行15分鐘距離。大多數grab都知道這個地方。挺好的。 衹是電梯衹有兩架，等比較久。 房間洗澡熱水器時冷時熱，洗得不是很舒服。

飯店的風景還不錯，服務人員態度也很好，但是設施蠻爛的。我們一進房間就發現房間的門鎖故障很難開啟、電話也故障，房務立刻找人來修門鎖跟電話，也發現浴室蓮蓬頭跟馬桶蓋也故障，一個很破舊的馬桶蓋他也不換新的、還加兩顆螺絲把它鎖好而已。蓮蓬頭他們直接放棄不修。早餐種類算蠻多的，但是都很難吃，唯一好吃的就是白稀飯跟鹹鴨蛋。覺得飯店應該好好的整修他們的設備。

酒店派司機準時到碼頭接載，離開時也有免費送到碼頭的服務，雖然酒店離碼頭蠻遠，約半個鍾車程，但是有免費接送服務就不成問題。每天早上11點有一趟車送客人到當地最大的商場Grand Batam Mall，下午3點到商場接客回酒店。酒店環境清幽，設備也算齊全，衹是設施都有一點老舊失修。服務人員的服務精神極佳，親切友善。早餐的選擇也很多，衹是味道很一般。
