酒店超级干净，而且很新！我喜欢它旁边就是购物中心，我们住得很愉快，肯定会再次入住！美中不足的是，我要求的是安静的房间，而且房间离电梯远一点，但是我的房间半夜很吵，我没睡好 :( 早餐不太合我的口味 :/ 不过下午茶很好喝！其他一切都很完美！员工超级友好！酒店离我想去的任何地方都很近！而且我喜欢这里的景色，即使建筑比较老旧，景色依然很美，可以看到天空~

我预订了带窗户的高级大床房，并要求入住高层，但前台却给了我二楼的转角房，而且没有窗户。我回到前台要求换房，两位前台的表情都表明她们知道给我安排错了房间，也知道我不会在意。她们的态度和服务都非常糟糕。房间里也没有迷你冰箱和吹风机。房间隔音效果很差，能听到大堂里的人说话声和关门声。 不过，酒店位置不错，离名古屋山购物中心和其他咖啡馆都很近，价格也实惠。如果下次短途旅行，我可能会考虑再次预订这家酒店。

房間睡覺睡到半夜聽到漏水聲，起來一看整個冷氣半夜漏水嚴重！打電話處理，衹是叫了維修人員來維修看什麼問題，我們要換房休息但是給説房間滿了不給人家能換房🙂🙂然後維修工人在這裏維修我們看他維修？休息不能休息😴？

飯店設施還行。泳池空了（沒有水），所以沒辦法用。 房間方面，床和枕頭髒兮兮的，有污漬，衣櫃和櫥櫃破舊不堪，要嘛是塞滿了東西，要嘛是保養得不好。 服務方面，工作人員友善熱情，雖然語言溝通略有障礙，但都解決了。 早餐是自助餐，但選擇有限。

Third time to visit and I love this place. Great for families with toddlers. Staffs are very nice and accomodating, from receptionist to food servers to housekeeping. Great people.

很乾凈，房間很大，床很舒服。走路出來10分鐘就到fave hotel那邊的kopitiam了。去nagoya mall也就步行15分鐘距離。大多數grab都知道這個地方。挺好的。 衹是電梯衹有兩架，等比較久。 房間洗澡熱水器時冷時熱，洗得不是很舒服。
