房間很乾凈，走廊定期也有紫外線燈，服務小哥每次都會把房子收拾的很乾凈，英語不好還會提前用手機準備好翻譯給你看，酒店早餐種類也可以，清真餐放心用，而且完全沒有海島的潮濕感

就在名古屋購物中心對面，超級方便，就是需要非法過馬路，有點危險。床很舒服也很乾淨，只是放糖、咖啡和茶包的地方有很多螞蟻。飯店可以考慮放一些防蟻餌劑來驅除螞蟻。由於設定問題，空調晚上很冷。淋浴水溫不穩定，有時太熱，有時太冷。

特別安排親子游來了Batam3天2夜遊! 真的有點失望對於這間酒店...櫃枱説幫我換去沒有吸煙的客房還真的覺得很不錯的服務!可是,等了45分鐘卻沒有拿到房卡,因為忘記了我!直到我走到櫃枱才驚訝😲才給我房卡! 進入房間，發現沒有礦泉水! 衹有冰箱贈送的幾罐汽水，就覺得有點奇怪!晚餐時,還特地去櫃枱詢問，服務員説現在環保所以給Tank water!回到房間找來找去都沒有👀到任何裝有水的器具😅 等到第二天去吃早餐時,忍不住過去櫃枱再次詢問,一位女服務員也説一樣的話，不過她就説一起去客房指給我看Tank water !女服務，進入我的房間後才發現我的房間根本沒有Tank water🤣🤭🤭 女服務員説,會馬上安排客房服務員拿Tank water 來我的房間!當我和孩子們逛街回到酒店就👀到了！可是，問題又來了，當我要取水一按就會漏水造成桌子和椅子都弄濕了！剛好，👀到客房服務員幫忙看看是什麼問題,然後他也試取水也是有漏水!過後還來回去換了2個新的Tank water 和調整擺放位置就好像比較好點😅 隔天，我剛好去櫃枱預約時間出去商場就隨便提起Tank water 很不實際和不便!櫃枱就説👀我拍的照片，就馬上發現那個Tank water的頭反了所以才會有漏水的問題!因為，我搞笑吧！😂😂 整體酒店的位置和環境是不錯的!Welcome drink.🥂 酒店食物還需要改進的空間!不過,Mac & chesse 好吃之外! 喜歡酒店有免費車去Shopping mall ,有時間表!
