Beautiful historic home, with well appointed rooms and attention to detail. Perfect mix of historic charm, but also modern conveniences. Our suite had a comfy king sized bed and large modern bathroom with his and hers sinks, shower and a jacuzzi. Quiet, relaxing and lovely stay!

Garrett House is beautifully renovated and so tastefully decorated. Very quiet. In historic district. Great breakfast. Bed was comfortable. It was like stepping back in time. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful BnB... everything was excellent! Food and room was excellent. Owner was only a text away. Highly recommend!! A**osphere of the place was amazing and the huge front porch was a perfect retreat after a long day to sit and sip coffee!

The room was comfortable and had a lot of character. The breakfasts were delicious and served hot. I enjoyed a B&B that made me feel at home and welcomed.

This B&B is amazing! It's beautifully decorated, and it feels so welcoming. The owners don't hover and allow you to come and go as you please. Breakfast was great with an option made for us with additional options in the kitchen.

Bayberry is an absolutely beautiful Bed & Breakfast. The decor was amazing and it was very clean and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly. It was like being at a home away from home! I highly recommend!

The house was beautiful! The area was a bit sketchy but all was well. The only thing that would make it better is a place (or rack) to put a suitcase on and possible a small table or shelf to put toiletries on in the bathroom. Loved the nostalgia of the home!

We really enjoyed our stay. Wish we could've stayed longer. Very quite & cozy. Woke up to a great breakfast and Scott is a great host!! If we are ever in the are4a again, we will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights at the Bayberry House Bed and Breakfast when we attended our granddaughter's graduation from Franciscan University. It was the perfect location in the Historic District of Steubenville. Scott was a gracious host and our stay was very enjoyable. Besides the well appointed, comfortable room and delicious breakfast, we especially enjoyed access to a lovely living room on the first floor to relax and read. My husband also really appreciated access to a computer, wifi and printer as well. It seems like Scott and Derek have given a lot of thought to running a B&B. I have to add that the front porch with comfortable rocking chairs was a plus and the landscaping is beautiful. The hostas and rhododendron were in bloom!
