It was very clean and the staff was very and courteous. Not to mention the breakfast was awesome!!

I forgot an outfit in the closet and called about an hour after leaving. They said they couldn’t find it. So apparently someone stole it. And none bothered to apologize or compensate me for my item.

We left early last night there were to many people couldn’t sleep the night desk wouldn’t do nothing about it kids banging on the wall it was the WORST PLACE TO STAY WE CHECKED OUT 8-9 pm last night slept on the side of the road never agin will I stay there at holiday in

The indoor pool wasn’t available due to construction. I would not have booked this hotel if I knew that. Our mini fridge did not work and our toilet ran all night. The breakfast was descent and Mrs. Linda is a sweetheart. Other than that I don’t feel that it was worth the price to be honest. We payed $200 for one night 😑. I’ve stayed @ Holiday inn express before but this one has been the worst experience I have had.

One of the main reasons i booked this hotel was for their pool. It is down. They provided a flyer with information about a local pool. Got myself and family ready. Drove to the pool which was not open to public for the weekend. Had issues with key. Staff is absent from front desk for long periods of time.

Service was nonexistant as we were ignored or sluffed off for several complaints we had.

The room was super hot when we arrived and it had a musky smell to it.

For the price this hotel was in bad shape

The staff were friendly, the hotel and room were clean and the breakfast was good!!!! I wish the bed was a little softer but overall it was a very pleasant stay. Thank you!!

Customer service was great very clean and great breakfast. Checking out I went to grab some juice not realizing the breakfast area was closed. The sweet attendant working that breakfast unlocked it for me to grab some juice.

Very pleased with the hotel and the staff were very polite and welcoming at all times! The front desk ladies are very nice and offer the best customer service!

There was glass in our room on the floor and my daughter cut herself. When we asked for a broom we were immediately accused of breaking something when we hadn't instead of checking to see what could be done to help us
