They service was wonderful. The let me checking early and were very friendly. I had a delicious breakfast of biscuits and sausage gravy. The bed was comfortable.

2nd stay on my way home from Florida, great stop, great room and great breakfeast. Will do it again next yr.

Clean room. Front desk personnel extremely friendly and professional. Restaurant staff quick and friendly.

Booked a room with a sofa but received one with a small chair. Room was very small with a small tv. The worst part was the sewer smell in the bathroom. Even worse, the staff didn’t care. The man I talked to upon checking out acted like he got irritated because I told him about it. Also there was a major fire hazard in our room! The outlet beside of the chair only had one working plug in. The outlet behind the night stand with the phone didn’t work so an orange extension cord was run from behind the chair to the items on the night stand. I also took pictures of this. This also made the desk clerk irritated instead of being concerned. He also could have cared less about our experience. He just wanted that high price for a small horrible room!

You need new beds there nothing like what you have in pictures on the web site. And made our backs hurt

The service at the front desk was friendly and the breakfast was good. My bathroom however was filthy with traces of the previous guest stay.

Traveling through WV. Have stayed here before and will stay again. Beds were comfy with great pillows. The towels were the softest and fluffiest I've ever experienced at a hotel. Water pressure in the shower made me want to just stay in there. Breakfast was plentiful and was served in a dining room with a wonderful view. Great place!

Staff was very courteous and helpful. I had a late check in and the gentleman was right there and got me into my room within 2 minutes. I wish the restaurant had longer hours but other than that this was a great place to stay. Breakfast was good and the biscuits are amazing. I would definitely stay here again

Wonderful hotel! Spectacular view. Restaurant is convenient and good, ask for Brittany! Hotel has everything U need, plus a view. I stay there every Bridge Day I attend.
