對於台北艾路米酒店的評論:
我們今天剛剛退房,只在這裡住了兩晚,但確定不會再來了,也不會推薦給其他人。酒店的地理位置還算便利,鄰近地鐵站和公交站,周圍也有購物中心和餐廳,樓下還有便利店。但是,我對酒店宣稱在2022年進行過整修的說法感到懷疑,除非他們只是重新裝修了外牆和大堂。我們可能被安排住了最差的房間,因為我們通過網站預訂了有折扣的房間。
我們住在頂樓的1640號房間,你或許會認為這是最好的房間。然而,這家酒店的通風系統非常糟糕。由於中庭是開放式的,下面餐廳的食物和海鮮的味道會飄到頂樓。此外,餐廳提供早、午、晚餐自助餐,使情況更糟糕。
對我來說,衛生間對一家酒店的重要性不言而喻。首先,浴室的設計相當老舊呈淡黃色。淋浴水壓不足,淋浴帘無法有效防止水濺到地板和浴缸周圍。除了毛巾、沐浴露和洗髮水外,提供的物品寥寥無幾。最嚴重的問題是浴室沒有通風系統,當門關上一段時間後再次打開時,會有一股難聞的氣味,可能來自馬桶一側的排水口或排氣孔。如果浴室的通風系統存在問題,特別是在病毒傳播方面,會存在很大的危險性。加上浴缸設計過高,導致跨出浴缸時要特別的小心,我們就差點滑倒,所以適合長者和小孩要特別的小心。
此外,雙人房的大小和床都還算合適,但我建議他們改進枕頭的品質(太軟和扁平)。為了能睡得舒適,我第二天不得不向清潔人員要求額外的兩個枕頭。
總的來說,酒店位置方便,但通風系統的問題和浴室狀況令我們決定不再來,也不會推薦給其他人。酒店雖有潛力,但需要做出重大改進以達到客人的期望標準。最讓人難以接受的是酒店的入住時間是下午4點,而退房時間卻是上午11點前。儘管大多員工友善有禮貌,尤其是行李寄存處和門房迎賓處的員工,可是臺北還有許多性價比更高的酒店選擇!
We checked out today after only a two-night stay and have decided we will not return and not recommend it to others. The hotel's location is convenient, near the subway and bus stations, with shopping centers, restaurants, and a convenience store nearby. However, I have doubts about the hotel's claim of undergoing renovations in 2022, unless they only refurbished the exterior and lobby. We may have been assigned the worst room because we booked a discounted room through the website.
We stayed in room 1640 on the top floor, which you might think is the best room. However, the hotel's ventilation system is very poor. The open atrium allows the smells of food and seafood from the restaurant below to waft up to the top floor. Additionally, the buffet-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the restaurant make the situation worse.
For me, the importance of the bathroom in a hotel is self-evident. Firstly, the bathroom's design is quite old, in a pale yellow color. The shower water pressure is insufficient, and the shower curtain does not effectively prevent water from splashing onto the floor and around the tub. Apart from towels, body wash, and shampoo, very few other items are provided. The most serious problem is that the bathroom lacks a ventilation system. When the door is reopened after being closed for a while, there is a foul smell, possibly coming from the toilet's drainage or vent. If there are issues with the bathroom's ventilation system, particularly concerning virus transmission, it poses a significant risk.
Additionally, the size and bed of the double room are adequate, but I suggest they improve the quality of the pillows (too soft and flat). In order to sleep comfortably, I had to ask the cleaning staff for two additional pillows on the second day.
Overall, the hotel's location is convenient, but the ventilation system issues and the condition of the bathroom have led us to decide not to come back or recommend it to others. Although the hotel has potential, significant improvements need to be made to meet the expectations of guests. Most unacceptable is the hotel's check-in time being at 4 pm, while the check-out time is before 11 am. However, most of the staff were friendly and polite, especially those at the luggage storage and at the door. Additionally, the bathtub is designed too high, which caused us to almost slip when stepping out, so it's important for older people and children to be particularly careful!
