The staff were unprofessional and did not seem eager to help us. The property looked decent, but was not clean. It smelled musty and unclean. We had to buy air freshener just to alleviate the smell in our room. And it’s TRUE! NO HOT RUNNING WATER in the shower. The price of this hotel was the best part of it.

Its a motel disguised a hotel with questionable decor. Very noisy, room smelled musty. Not very clean, dirty walls, mildew in bathroom etc. Someone tried to cover the stench of pot in the hallway with vanilla spray and as we were leaving we see a cop heading down that hallway. The coffee was good and the bed was comfortable.

Upon arrival the staff was very accomodating, which is one of the reasons I liked this location. However, in the middle of the night I went to the restroom and discovered a cockroach. My daughter and I gathered our things and left ASAP. One of the staff did come to spray the room but I couldn't stay there any longer.

This hotel is well maintained, well decortated, and a great loaction near the colleges, capitol, and sporting events. Bathrooms are well decorated and cozy. Hot breakfast was on par with larger chains and offered many choices.

Sheets were dirty when we came in, the room itself had a musty smell and the whole hotel smelled like canned soup. The hotel itself is charming with its decor but the rooms need to be deep cleaned.
