Très bel hôtel authentique avec un jardin magnifique ! De belles pièces communes et une piscine chauffée parfaite . De belles grandes chambres avec équipements . Personnel très agréable . Emplacement à deux pas de la plage et du magnifique parc public.

The gardens here are well cared for and have seating for Summer days. The front of house staff are ALL friendly and helpful. The rstaurant had a menu with lots of choice. The dinner we had was excellent and the drinks not over-priced for a hotel. The view from my quiet room was poor but my daughters had wonderful views over the bay.

Good location, friendly staff. Room 18 was shabby and uncared for, loose toilet seat, grab rail next to bath was loose and rusty, mould on tiles, no bathroom blind, exposed, raised screw on bathroom floor where door stop would have been. Bin broken, large wet patch on the carpet when we arrived and didn’t dry out. Cobwebs and dust everywhere throughout the whole building, stair carpet was filthy and not hoovered during the two days we stayed. This stay was not worth the money that we paid and we would not recommend or return.

Lovely older style hotel. Really super helpful staff. Easy access for my elderly parents. I hope we'll be back in Minehead soon so we can stay here again.

The staff made us feel very welcome. They were very warm and attentive. The room was spacious and clean. We stayed in a family room, under the bed was a bed rail and pop up crib. The breakfast was very nice, with great options available. We took our son to the hotels pool for a swim, the pool was lovely and clean! Overall it was a lovely stay and we will definitely be returning!
