Perfect location, very very good breakfast, location 👌

Had to get a room cause it was across the street from the hospital. Then i needed to extend my stay so i did that directly through the hotel. They told me i didn't need to do anything on the original checkout because it was extended. Then i get a call while at the hospital telling me i had to check out and then back in, in person. That i only had a few minutes to come do it otherwise they would remove my stuff from the room and cancel the extension. No exceptions. Are you kidding me? I had to leave the hospital to return to the hotel. But are you kidding me? I would not recommend this hotel to anyone needing to go to the hospital there. They don't care. Then the full breakfast is a lie. All they had were cinnamon rolls. Yeah, that won't work for people with certain health issues. Don't stay here!

Der Service war wirklich gut. Wir hatten Frühstück gebucht, dieses war sehr einfach gehalten und enorm Zuckerlastig. Es gibt nur wenig frisches Obst oder generell frische Dinge. Sehr viel Müll und Plastik. Das Hotel hat einige Mängel an der Einrichtung (Badezimmerarmaturen alt, Silikonfugen schwarz, Gardinen könnten gewaschen werden). Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist schnell in der Stadt oder in den Bergen. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen und Einkaufen. Sehr viele Parkmöglichkeiten.

They could not find our reservations for about 10 minutes even after we showed them our reservation number from *******. The lady checking us in was like “yeah this is the location but where’s your confirmation number?” Finally found my information and got us checked in.

First, let’s at this amazing design on the ceiling. The room that was provided to us was probably under construction since there was no texture no paint and mud on the ceiling. Shower had rust. Tv remote was not working. Second, service. It took 6 days for the front desk to say “Hi” in the morning or any other greetings. Cleaning lady doesn’t speak any English meaning we couldn’t get any fresh towels even after we showed her what we need we never got those towels. Same story with toilet paper and cups. Third and the most important for me- pool. Last day of our trip they put unrealistic amounts of bleach into the pool so it ruined my swimming suit that I had for over 4 years. No working signs no nothing. Forth, breakfast. The buffet had lots of options including fresh pancakes although if the ran out of something the don’t refill it. If someone ate all the bacon at 7am in the morning you’re not gonna get it at 8:30am. And if you decide to put milk in your coffee please look at the expiration date since the workers don’t. Overall, very poor experience, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here.

Was greeted and checked in ok except was told I couldn’t express check out because I booked on *******. Got to the room and the chairs for setting were so dirty (we took pictures) and there was dust around the tv area. What is up with the showers? So hard to open the door and turn on the water almost like they put it on backwards. The hallways were not air conditioned and the ice maker only worked on the first floor. They need to check their fridges as ours was needing super defrosted. The space in the room was great but overall we will stay somewhere else next time.

I didn't sleep well because the light that came in from outside through the window made the room bright and I normally sleep with my room dark. I did not enjoy the pool because it was cold for me, and the jacuzzi water looked kind of cloudy and made me hesitate to go into it. The ladies at the breakfast looked unfriendly and the young lady at check in did not show well customer service, I did not like much our welcoming to the hotel.

This place was a great stay and a great price. Hotel is clean, staff was friendly and location is convenient to freeway and food and city
