It’s a dated hotel, bare bones and not very clean. Metal shelf in bathroom was barely stable. Practically falling out out the wall. But no other option to set anything down. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Pillows were super flat and old. Bring your own. Bedding was very thin and minimal. Maybe bring a blanket or call down for extra. Pull out “sofa” was a pull out chair.

Heading home it was right off the freeway, so easy on off access. The building looks nice from the outside and is right next to a star bucks. The pool and hot were in doors which was nice. The pool was great my kids loved it but the hot tub wasn’t even hot it was warm. My room was on the 2nd floor. When going half way down the first floor hall to get ice my kids and noticed an awful smell. It smelled like pee and poop. I didn’t even realize it was pet friendly but it was. The smell was so bad. We will never stay here again. The breakfast was okay. Waffles, eggs, sausage, toast and cereal. Basic.

Needs some updating, but was clean. We got a call in the middle of the night from the desk saying that there was a noise complaint against us. We were asleep. When we asked about the next morning, the day shift person apologized and made it right.

Got a suite with two kings and sofa. But ended up getting a single room and having to sleep on the floor. Piss poor experience all around. Try booking through a different company from now on.

This was a quick change of travel plans as our flight to Oregon was cancelled due to winter storms. We elected to drive home, a few days, and this was our last stopover before reaching home. Tired, long day in car, and this was exactly what we needed. Thank you.

Property was fine but was warned by counter associate that vehicles and trailers were not safe at the property. Room was acceptable but a little dirty. Pool area was very clean though.
