沃扎拉酒店公寓

Хороший отель, с большими номерами. Завтраки скромные, но вкусные. До центра не близко, но легко взять такси. Оно стоит совсем дешево. Номера чистые, кондиционер и кухня, интернет.

Hotel muito bom em Teerã, bem localizado próximo a Gandi Street. Pessoal da recepção muito atencioso, sempre pronto a ajudar, com inglês eficiente. Os quartos são amplos e muito bem equipados, com cozinha completa e máquina de lavar. A limpeza é impecável e rápida. O restaurante tem bastante opções tanto de comida iraniana quanto de comida internacional. O café da manhã também é muito bem sortido, com opção de ovos pedidos na cozinha (omeletes, mexidos, etc.) No nosso caso, que estávamos fazendo tratamento no Gandhi Hospital a localização foi essencial, a poucos metros do hospital. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar.

This hotel was nice and comfortable, I went there before and it was better. but this time I got a very bad vibe from the reception team. There was a guy I knew he was arabic, I saw him speaking arabic. this time I went to him and I talked and he pretend that he doesn’t know my language. if you come to my country and do this , this means to offend somebody on purpose. and when I asked him if I can talk to the manager he said you should talk to me. I asked the other receptionist to take a taxi for me and they give me a phone number of a taxi agency so I have to call myself. I don’t know what happened to that great team I used to be there couple of times in the past. there were a boy called Sam and a smily blond girl with a dimple on her face they were so polite and friendly when I asked them something. they seem to left the group. but cafe’s staff was nice and helpful. there were two girls so friendly and nice. I didn’t use the gym so I have no idea. the rooms were clean and nice. pitty I don’t think I come back again.

Service is fabulous in this hotel so cozy and relaxing environment,receptionist so helpful and professional neat rooms and nice managment all make me to go back to this hotel always, food reaaly tasty and staff so polite and nice ,the best.

The wozara hotel was the best hotel that I ever visited. The costumer service was great and the staff was friendly and the food was delicious. The gym was better than i though.I only wished that the pool was open
