米勒公園小屋(Miller Park Lodge)

Clean and tidy, not bad.

The bed was comfortable & some updates had been made. However, the updates highlighted the items that haven’t had been addressed in quite some time. All rooms needed a paint job, there was cracking & peeling in many places. The caulking in the bathroom was partially done & I cleaned the cabinets due to spills not being addressed. The walls were thin so we could hear conversations on either side of our room. The TV remote didn’t work but no employees were available in the office. They were decent for a one night stay & the price we paid.

There is construction going on around the lodge and detour signs up it was hard to find at first. Limited parking as well. I did love the keypad on the door because I didn’t have to keep track of a key and the room itself was nice and roomy and clean. Stayed two days and would definitely stay again just hope the construction and roadwork are completed next time which is not the lodge’s fault but it does disrupt the stay.

This property has been upgraded and the rooms are decently nice. However, the customer service on site was lacking to say the least. My husband and I came in tired and ready to check into our room. I had a handful of paper trash that I was looking for a place to dispose of. I walked into the office and the guy behind the desk despite having two empty trash cans, refused to let me throw my trash away, saying “I just emptied the trash.” We had two large suitcases to lug up the stairs and I tried to explain I needed both hands. I asked if there was a trash receptacle outdoors and his one word answer was “bears”. For what we were paying for one night in this hotel, I was incredulous that he wouldn’t let me throw two or three pieces of trash away in the office. The room itself was pretty nice, except for the air conditioner that sounded like an airplane taking off every time it went on. Except for the unhelpful office staff, I would say our stay was as expected.

Such a great place to stay while in Jackson! Very cute neighborhood and fun to walk over to the square to eat and shop. Wonderful amenities too...the fireplace was a fun start to cool mornings before starting our sightseeing days. I would definitely stay there again!!

I loved that Miller Park Lodge is so close to downtown Jackson. It's easy to walk to dinner, shopping, or the National Elk Refuge, but it's far enough away that it's pretty quiet. The room was very clean and the property was well cared for. The staff were very attentive.

This room was large but in bad shape. Drywall falling apart in the bathroom, very worn and dirty overall. Not worth the price paid, but you don’t have a choice when visiting Yellowstone/Grand Tetons but to stay in overpriced Jackson Hole.

The room was clean. Checking in and out was seamless and contactless. The only concern is that the room looks great in pictures but it seems any potential issues are covered up with paint and flooring. Although the bathroom was clean, you can see mold coming through the grout and the water pooling around the edge of the tub. The room overall has a mustiness upon entering. I wouldn't stay here long term, but a night or two was fine. It seems just outside of the major hustle and bustle of the town, which was nice. They also have plenty of parking.

Overall the place was ok. For 244.00 for the night, it was disappointing. The AC did not cool the room. We had it set to 65 and left for a few hours and when we came back, the room was not cool. We ended up opening the windows. Also, the bathroom fan was loud and had a odd sound.
