Great hardware and facility. Good food. Bad maintence. Water leak in bathroom. Always wet. Not resolved after 2 calls.

Able to early check in and counter staff is very helpful. Room is massive big and clean. Breakfast is good.

Llevo viviendo aquí casi 7 meses. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, debido a la larga duración en el mismo apartamento, en alguna ocasión he tenido problemas que han sido resueltos de inmediato, el personal de Housekeeping en general son todos muy amables y serviciales, en concreto Sazia y Vijay son estupendos.

If you would surely love to spoil your day its worth visiting the Hill View Restaurant at the Marriott Executive Apartments It was my birthday where in my husband had planned the lunch for me at the restaurant. When we entered there was no one to escort us to the tabel for like 10 mins we had to find a person but no one approached so we had to find a table for ourself, as we sat we noticed a hair on the napkins and we asked the server to have a look at the same and she just walked in and just took it casually. The food was cold not as per a 5star luxury standards. No staff were around for anything they were just standing in groups and talking to each other. When came the main course where we ordered some naan from the live-station and the server who took our order disappeared after the next moment and came in after 20 mins so we had to wait for the same our food had already turned cold and we had to request another person for the same and no one even had the courtesy to apologise. Not a place to visit if you would want ur day to be RUINED and wanna get a DHABA wali feeling and service.

Nice ambience and great service by Manali Nice spread and great taste good place to sit chat have family dinner and spend time with friends Staff is very helpful and courteous location is also good Will come again highly recommended Keep up the good work

Bonsoir , je vais vous faire donner un aperçu de mon voyage qui est en cours à l'établissement MARRIOTT MUMBAI du 22.10.2023 au 24.10.2023 * Horrible réception et accueil notre check-in à pris plus de 45 minutes . * Un certain Amar réception voulais nous escroqué par apport au prix qu'on devait payer les chambres étaient doré déjà payer et réserver via Booking le monsieur nous demande de rajouter plus de 5000 de la monnaie du pays . * Aucune entente par apport au staff et leur Manager qui après tout le carnage de plus de 45 minutes se pointé un certain Mr. MUKESH KUMAR , de point de vue communication Nul 1/10 D'une autre part nous avons demandé des café et des jus du *Welcome * le serveur nous fait payer une facture jusqu'à ce qu'on réclame. Question hygiène : Atroce , Horrible, mal sein au moment de notre entrée à la chambre nous trouvons des chaussants utilisées et remis dans un sachet afin qu'on réutilise ( ci joint photo.) Cela peut causer des mycoses des champignons des malades..... etc. Horrible comme aventure. J'ai réservé une suite pour 03 personnes l'équipement de la chambre est seulement pour 02 personnes quand j'ai demandé l'équipement pour la troisième personne cela nous fallut 2h pour nous ramener les équipements à mains nues. Sincèrement la cerise sur le gâteau au niveau du restaurant au moment du dîner , je demandé une augmentation de luminosité vu que c'était sombre ( ci joint photo) un serveur part rallumer une luminosité ambiante hélas à ce moment le Fameux manager Mr.Mukesh se précipite directement chez le serveur pour lui interdir d'allumer la lumière ! Nous ne sommes pas dans un bar où la lumière doit être tamisée, nous sommes dans un hôtel de 5 étoile de classe mondiale le manager doit être à l'écoute des clients. Sincèrement à déconseillé. Je NE recommande pas l'hôtel malgré l'immeuble est beau mais à l'intérieur CATASTROPHE. je note 3/10 . Malheureusement. The hotel is very good but the service needs to be improved. Out of 5 days of stay during two consecutive months, the dinner plates clearance from the room was not done despite several calls. They were taken away the next morning by the room cleaning guys. The housekeeping daily room service was good in 24th floor but I had to remind the boys to get it cleaned and also several calls to be made to housekeeping department to replenish the daily complimentary water as well on 13 th floor. The chimney was not working in 1301. Another coning by Marriott was that the reservation promises (as shown during booking and as also mentioned in the invoice ) that the deal was to get 3000 bonvoy points per night however after several emails to customer service they have not credited them. Bonvoy team had to be reminded for credit of earned points as it was not done automatically. 3000 points per night I have forgotten now as there is no time with me to remind them anymore. Food quality is good and breakfast spread is also good.

Great service by Anand. Staff was prompt and thorough with all requested services. The rooms were very clean and assistance was provided whenever required. The staff is very friendly and caters to all requests. The food provided by hotel has slight scope for improvement
