貝爾尼納快捷客房酒店(Bernina Express Eco Rooms&Breakfast)

Camera suite Bernina (in verità un vero e proprio appartamento) veramente bella, comodità e pulizia in ogni dove,molto luminosa e con una bella vista proprio sulla stazione del trenino rosso. Noi eravamo in 4, due adulti e due bambini e non siamo stati larghi, di più!! Una menzione particolare al proprietario, Signor Bruno, una persona veramente squisita e garbata, tutto perfetto dall'inizio alla fine!! Lo straconsigliamo e ci torneremo sicuramente prima o poi

Si tratta di pubblicità ingannevole. Mettono su booking foto non corrispondenti alle camere che affittano. La nostra camera era in un condominio di fronte e non nel palazzo in foto. Le prime 30 foto mostrano camere con tetti in legno e arredamenti in stile che non sono quelle che poi assegnano. La colazione è servita in un bar ristorante che si deve raggiungere a piedi fuori dal condominio quindi bisogna necessariamente vestirsi di tutto punto con giacca a vento specialmente se il clima è rigido. Queste cose non sono spiegate dettagliatamente in sede di prenotazione ma le abbiamo apprese al check in. Un comportamento molto scorretto. Sorvolo sulla totale scortesia dell'addetta alla reception.

È successo quello che ho cercato di evitare uscire per fare colazione e andare in un altro stabile io avevo prenotato 2 stanze con balcone al Bernina Express Eco Rooms&Breakfast quello che si vede in foto sopra al ristorante dove si fa colazione e mi sono ritrovata in un condominio più avanti la gestione delle prenotazioni non è la migliore perché se è B&B diffuso va chiarito anche perché non si capisce quale camera si è pagata e dove sta . Le stanze che mi hanno assegnato comunque erano bellissime e collocate a ridosso della stazione perciò molto comode per il Trenino del Bernina.

Ambiente sufficientemente curato da d accogliente, il palazzo è antico e qualche comodità logicamente manca. Tutto molto pulito, temperatura giusta non esagerata ne “al risparmio”. Comodissimo per la stazione e per il centro. Il ristorante annesso è uno dei migliori in zona. Consiglio

Hotel 2 of 6 of my European trip. For what was expected to be a normal check in experience it ended up being more akin to an air b and b experience but the details provided meant there was no issues picking up my key from the lock box. Unfortunately there was no lift to the room but as I was only on the first floor this was not an issue but may be for less abled. The room was well appointed with decent sized bathroom, big double bed and multi channel TV. The highlight was the balcony with seating for 4 with a large table and a beautiful view of the street below. Whilst my room was over a restaurant called liberty, breakfast was served up the road in Merizzi. A small but tasty continental style breakfast is available and bacon and eggs are offered cooked fresh as required. The lovely kiwi Losah who also provided check in information was a pleasant addition to an already enjoyable breakfast. To sum up, for anyone travelling on the Bernina Express, this is an ideal place to spend a night out 2.

The room was well appointed and the decor was modern. Everything was clean and tidy. There was plenty room and there was a large shower head in the shower room. The room was very central to the train station and the town centre. Breakfast was included with a good range of choices. We ate at the family restaurant (same venue as breakfast) in the evening and the food was excellent (mid to high range prices, but great quality). We were greeted helpfully and politely and the staff spoke English well if you didn't speak Italian. We were able to leave our luggage until our train left the following day. Our room was behind the office, but it was private and had its own key for the door.

Great little find in Tirano. Location is close to the two train stations and bus station. Excellent location for Bermuda Express. Room was clean and modern. Our room was on the top floor so we had a good view. There was an elevator so didn’t have to climb stairs. There were lots of restaurants near by.

Modern, clean, spacious room with lovely views and comfortable bed. The staff are professional and friendly, and very accommodating. Highly recommend this place as a stop at the Italian end of the Bernina Express or to see the lovely little town of Tirano.
