西湖精品酒店(The Westlake)

Realmente no es un hotel a pesar del nombre. Es un concepto Airbnb ya que se trata de apartamentos sin servicio de recepción ni de limpieza. No cambian toallas ni reponen el papel higiénico. Todo autogestionado. El apartamento estaba muy nuevo y bien equipado. Muy cómodo y amplio y con un diseño loft industrial muy acertado. La zona un poco alejada del centro de la ciudad y es necesario coche ya que allí no hay nada. Sólo un McDonalds y algunas tiendas de barrio de nivel justo y surtido corto. El aparcamiento está en la parte trasera del edificio pero únicamente cuenta con 5 plazas que se ocupan según se llega. Muy escaso y la calle es de pago a ciertas horas.

Le par terre était horriblement sale, nous avons passé plusieurs fois la serpillière pour que le sol ne soit pas collant, les serpillières étaient dégelas. Concernant les draps non ne parlons pas de côté hygiène, c'est vraiment la catastrophe.

Le plancher était très sale et collant. L’air climatisé ne fonctionnait que dans le salon/cuisine. Aucune fenêtre dans la chambre #2.

Noir Suite was great and had everything I needed, including pans and pots to cook simple breakfast.

A party took place in the suite next to us on my 2nd night stay. They had a security guard on hand who confronted the guest and when the party continued the security guard took no further action. This party had several guests and the music filled the entire floor of the building. Party guests came and went from the suite all night until approx. 5am. When I emailed the hotel that same night at 3am for answers (and some form of compensation) they did not reply. They did send me an automated Google review request. After replying to this request they followed up with this several days later: “Hi, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and discomfort you experienced during your stay. We understand how important a peaceful environment is for a good night's rest, and we're truly sorry that the neighboring suite disrupted your sleep. We'd like to express our concern and assure you that we take such matters seriously. We've investigated the issue, and it appears that our security guard was on site during the reported disturbance. We understand that this doesn't change the impact it had on your experience, and for that, we are genuinely sorry. While we cannot offer a reimbursement for this specific incident, please know that we value your feedback and are committed to addressing any concerns to improve our guests' experiences in the future.” Translation: We own that it’s our fault but we aren’t willing to make it right. I paid $778 total for two nights stay! Terrible service!

Over the phone was very rude and disrespectful! Wanted to know about how things worked but was super rude over the phone like I was interrupting her lunch break or something ! Great place but don’t bother calling to ask about anything!!

Second time staying here love the property parking could be betterr but does feel secure
