西南奧斯汀雅樂軒酒店(Aloft Austin Southwest)

Very cute hotel. Great lobby and bar area. The staff was so nice and helpful. everything was modern and the shower was amazing. The king size room was kind of small. Will definitely stay here again. they had a steamer instead of an iron. They also had a fridge.

Great stay. Rooms were clean, bed & pillows were comfortable, check in/out was seamless, and team was super helpful. Shout out to Kayleigh and Chelsea from the front desk for great customer service. re:fuel had Diet Dr. Pepper stocked which is a big plus in my book. Will be back!

Good place to stay & friendly service. Water prressure was not great & the AC unit was really loud in the middle of the night - but otherwise a nice stay.

We had a pool view room and it was so noisy with people drinking and shouting loudly until the small hours of the morning both nights of our stay. Very inconsiderate. Wouldn’t stay again at an aloft hotel. Room is trendy if a little small given the amount of furniture. The air conditioning blew like a gale at one of the beds meaning we had to sleep with it off. Main issue was the noise.

Excellent place to stay . No complaints on anything. Front counter day and night people were so friendly and answered all our questions. The hotel decor is so new , fresh and modern same in the rooms ! The bed was soooo comfortable! Excellent job on this hotel Marriott.

The hotel was beautiful but probably not a place for a couple in their '70s. No breakfast places very close and they weren't serving breakfast unless pre-ordered for $20 because it was really quiet over the holidays? Felt like a business hotel, which is fine

Great room, clean with a solid shower. What really stood out was the gathering area in the lobby which adjoined the bar area. It was perfect for family members to gather and engage, plus there were a TON of awesome games for all ages. The bartender was engaging and the hotel staff was very accommodating.

Overnight trip for a family wedding. Nice room, very sp**** compared to other hotels. Some USB outlets were just in the middle of a wall that meant you had to have a “phone shelf” or just put your phone on the hard floor in a high traffic area of the U-shapes room layout. Nice bathroom and water closet, beds were comfortable, in room table was a bit unstable from one side. No freezer section in room fridge, but it did get drinks acceptably cold. Hotel is nicely arranged, some food available at hotel pantry, lots of eating options within a mile of hotel.

Was pleasantly surprised how clean and comfortable it was. Only spent one night but was just as nice as the AC Marriott which charges over 100.00 more a night.
