維蘭達安碧舍酒店及水療中心(Veranda Pointe aux Biches Hotel and Spa, 4 Star)

Lovely stay for our honeymoon at Veranda Pointe Aux Biches. A quiet hotel with it's own private beach and gorgeous sea view rooms. We would highly recommend the Sandy Lane adults only part of the resort, and the day's catamaran trip was fantastic.

First of all, I need to start by saying that the staff in the main dining area are 10000/10. They were simply marvellous. I’m not a fan of animals and unfortunately due to the dining area being open and connected to the beach, stray cats would wander in whilst dining. I alerted the staff and they ensured that they reserved a table for me which was out of the way for every single meal. They truly went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable. Thank you to the team! Overall, the stay was pleasant. My only gripe would be that for the first two nights, the AC wasn’t working in the room and I had to report this to the front desk numerous times and despite being told it was fixed and had been looked at, it hadn’t. This was unpleasant but for the last night, the very helpful hotel manager did upgrade my room and put me into a room with working AC which was good. It’s unfortunate that it was only addressed on my last night though and not earlier on in my stay. The hotel was clean and staff friendly.

The Hotel was as described when I booked. We were allocated a room on arrival although we were a bit early. We managed to get a room on the quiet side of the hotel with the pool just a few steps away. Food at the buffet was good at breakfast and lunch. We only ate at the buffet dinner a couple of times. The privilege restaurant dinner was always good. A few names need mentioning for their great service during our stay, Anoop and Akshay amazing bartenders at the 2 different bars, Amand our regular waiter at the Privilege restaurant. Never seen anyone run around like him. And the room was kept perfect by Lutchmee. Te beach although not private was very well maintained. The sunset views were amazing. A few suggestions for improvements that we already mentioned to the management; - Need improved bakery as the desserts were too boring and old style. - Need more staff in the kitchen and waiters as food refilling was slow. - Better cushions for the dining room chairs. - The quiet side of the hotel is next to a marriage hall and it does get loud in the evenings and night almost ever other day. Management need to ensure that the noise/music is lower in volume and stops at the legally approved time and not go on late into the night. - Free massage voucher is only valid for 48 hours but no one told us and we could not use.

Superbe séjour, nous étions dans la partie privilège de l'hôtel, très agréable et calme avec un beau jardin tropical, le restaurant est très bien avec un choix de menu à la carte, la plage est très belle et propre, les transat sont à changer,l'hôtel est agréable, le personnel est très gentil et serviable tout particulièrement Ranee et Nichola

Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane in questa struttura e non saremmo mai voluti andare via! Tutto è stato ottimo, dal check in al check out. Il personale dell’hotel è davvero gentilissimo e disponibile in qualsiasi momento, dall’istante in cui arrivi. Avevamo prenotato una camera privilege all inclusive e siamo stati davvero soddisfatti in tutto. La pulizia delle camere perfetta ogni mattina, la sera poi passavano per vedere se avevi bisogno di qualcosa( ad esempio se serviva più acqua, se il frigo bar era pieno, se avevi le cialde per la macchina del caffè,ecc). Il ristorante principale offriva una ricca colazione internazionale ogni mattina e il pranzo con molti piatti tra cui scegliere sia di cucina locale che internazionale. La cena nel ristorante a la carte della zona privilege davvero eccellente, ogni sera un menu nuovo di 4 portate in cui poter scegliere tra carne, pesce e vegetariano.. il servizio al tavolo perfetto, ci faceva sentire coccolati ogni sera, i ragazzi del personale davvero competenti e attenti a ogni minima esigenza!! La spiaggia bella e molto tranquilla, come anche il mare! È stata davvero una bellissima vacanza, porteremo questo posto e l’isola nel cuore!

Cet hôtel est une superbe découverte ! Un havre de paix sur cette planète ! Tout est très beau, propre et le personnel d’une gentillesse incroyable, mention spéciale pour Lutchmee notre femme de chambre ainsi que pour Caroline qui nous a très bien accueillis. Nous avons été surclassés et avons bénéficié d’une chambre dans la zone adultes only, piscine et restaurant propre à notre espace. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux et laisse du choix sur des produits mauriciens ou européens, idem pour les buffets du soir. Les animations du soir sont agréables aussi, vous ne vous ennuierez pas dans cet hôtel qui a su allier prestige et activités pour tous. Un grand merci pour votre accueil !

Veldig fin plass. Hyggelig og oppmerksom betjening. Greie aktiviteter og flott "privat" strand. De sviktet litt i restauranten med service og kvalitet. Anbefales absolutt for det.

Séjour en couple de 10 nuits. Hôtel calme et propre. La nourriture est excellente. Le petit déjeuner copieux. Le personnel est disponible et réactif. Je recommande cet hôtel. Nous avons pu assister à deux cocktail au coucher du soleil sur la plage.
