寧平格林蘭家庭旅館(Ninh Binh Greenland Homestay)

Greenlands is a great place to stay. Comfortable beds, lovely restaurant, homely and quaint with great food selection. (Vege and meat options available), bikes, and mopeds to hire (bikes are free) also. The hosts are very attentive, helpful, and accommodating. We stayed 2 nights. Quiet location and only 2km from Hang Mua and Trang An. Thumbs up on everything we experienced at Greenlands.

Les chambres étaient grandes, propres, la literie était agréable. Le room service était efficace et la chambre était faite chaque jour. La piscine était agréable et propre. L’emplacement est agréable et calme. Le restaurant offre une belle vue sur les montagnes. Possibilité de prendre un repas le soir, cuisiné par les hôtes. Le petit déjeuner était bon. Les hôtes étaient accueillants et offraient des bons conseils. Possibilité de louer gratuitement des vélos, location de scooter payant. Les vélos étaient en excellent état. Si vous souhaitez un endroit proche de la nature, au calme, propre et accueillant, c’est l’emplacement idéal !

I stayed here with my two friends and we had an amazing and relaxing time! We rode the bikes (which are free to use) all around the town and it was very close to all the caves and places to see so we were able to get anywhere by bike. The staff are really friendly and super helpful. The pool was also a nice treat to swim in when it got hot and it was very clean! Will definitely be recommending this home stay to everyone who visits

We stayed in this homestay for 3 nights in January. Upon arrival the hosts were welcoming and helpful and allowed us to check in early. The room was well sized with good ammenities. However, the room got quite cold during the night and the AC does not have a heat setting. They supply you with a small heater but this was not really enough. Suggest including some warmer blankets during winter. We also found the hot water does not last very long so it’s very hard to warm up after a day of scootering in the cold wind. There were also some animals living in our wall so was hard to sleep. The food was good and the ammenities of the place were good too - free bikes and scooters are cheap. They offer laundry and bus booking services too. There are cute kittens that hang around and the general area is nice. The homestay is well located close to Mua Cave and a scooter ride from everything else. Be aware it is very rural and you may see some shocking things around the area that are unrelated to this accomodation (think family violence, dead animals, etc). Overall, good budget accomodation but wouldn’t suggest staying in winter.

Great feet massage! Would recommend to anybody. Will probably go back gor the full body message tomorrow. Complementary tea and very friendly staff who asks a lot of questions to ensire the best quality service

The people that run the home stay are very professional, polite and very accommodating. The rooms are amazing and well kept and the swimming pool is very inviting after an enjoyable day touring beautiful Ninh Binh. I highly recommend this fine establishment to singles, couples and married persons. It is also close to all the local restaurants and tourist sites. I will definitely be back.

We were here with a group of 4 and had a great time! Alex and his team were always available and we were super cared for! The accommodation and the food were really good, the scooter and bike rental went smoothly We would come again if we visit Ninh Binh again

Greenland homestay is a must stay while visiting the Nihn Bihn area! The family and staff are extremely friendly, helpful and pleasant. The homestay itself is lovely, clean and beautiful while lit up at night. Not just behind there is an eco area that is beautiful to take a walk around (I’ll add photos). Lots of little “corner store” type shops and restaurants near by. Close to Trang An boat tour and Mua caves. Highly recommended to stay with this wonderful family!

Alex and Yen live on site this sweet home stay with their two lovely daughters. We loved so many things about our stay, but one that really stands out is how warmly this family welcomes people into their space. They are always around to help, check in, lend a smile, and it’s nice to see them spending time as a family alongside the guests. Thu cooked incredible meals that kept us returning over and over for family meals each night. She was so smiley and accommodating, and seemed to be working all the time!! The pool was incredible and our fav nearby excursion was trang an boat tour and the sunset lookout - we walked to both!
