圖森東希爾頓安泊酒店(Embassy Suites by Hilton Tucson East)

Great hotel! Love the pool and food!

I'm sure this Embassy Suites was a fabulous hotel at one time, but our stay was ruined by TERRIBLE air conditioning. In a area of the country where air conditioning is very important, this is horrible. My sister and her husband where moved to two different rooms after the first one had had a bad sewage smell and basically no air conditioning in the second room. The third room was not much better. DO NO STAY HERE UNTIL THEY FIX THE AIR CONDIONINTING.

The amenities are nice. The pool is big, nice condition, and lightly used. The hot tub was good to have. The jets do not work well and only 2/6 jets were even blowing. The room was spacious and great to relax in. We noticed that the vents and filters were not maintained with cleanliness. We would have liked streaming to be an option for TV. The staff made the stay better. They checked in on us and replied to. Our concerns. The full breakfast was delicious. The happy hour reception was a nice touch as well.

The room smelled like smoke. Was told they are just okd rooms, nothing can be done. The elevator and parkinh area smelled like pot. No security guard on premisis and on a sketchy area at best. Dining area is to small for the amount of guests. Its not conveniently loacated to anything. Fridge was hot, the staff was unhelpful and didn’t care. I asked for an extra blanket and was told they didnr have any ans i wouls have to wait for another staff member to arrive. Dirty dishes sat on the ground outside the elevator for 2 days drawing bugs. No sound proofing between floors. Could hear a kid runninga nd jumping above us until 1am. RUN....DO NOT STAY HERE

I get to Tucson often for business. Only discovered Embassy Suites on my last trip and plan staying there going forward. The rooms are roomy and comfortable. Slightly dated furniture and cabinets, but I still enjoy the space. The only part that can get a good overhaul might be the bathrooms. All in all, its a pleasant place to stay. And the breakfast is amazing!!

Staff here are so sweet and kind ! We came in a little earlier then when booking said to check in but they made sure to have a room ready for us. Our Room was super nice and comfy and checkout was super easy . Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back .

Dinner: after ordering, I waited 45’. I asked if the order went through. They said yes. I got my apertizer. I waited another 30’. They came to me and did they forgot the order. I waited another 45’. It never arrived. I left after waiting 2 hours! The AC in the room went off/on every 10 minutes during the night. It was so loud that I didn’t sleep a minute
