Staff was very helpful and friendly

I booked this hotel while on the road and when I arrived the front desk attendant did not have my reservation and suggested that I should go get something to eat as third party bookings can take up to two hours. I offered my credit card so that I could check in, but he refused that saying it would cause a double billing. A few minutes later he said the reservation had arrived from Shanghai

We made a reservation in Manchester,TN but it was accidentally made for the wrong day and i was unable to get a refund.. I also went to Murfreesboro,TN and it was absolutely horrible..filthy…it looked as if a bloody hand print was on a white sheet..i have pictures to back that up…i had already paid before i could see the room.. i have a cancellation notice but once again.. i am unable to get a refund..that is about $150 total! This is ridiculous.. I will be calling the BBB and stopping payment on my credit card!

Newer rooms. Smaller room, but we had plenty of space! Great place! And an hour out of Chattanooga, it might be an affordable option for visiting all that Chattanooga has to offer. It’s not right next to the highway, although it is close to the highway. We did not hear any road noise.

Property was a little janky, but the room was clean and the beds were very comfy with a cute little reading nook. Don't get excited about breakfast although there are waffles.

Short but pleasant stay. Friendly staff, room was fairly clean minus some dirt next to the bed. Would stay again!

Upon check in Jackie was spot on. She was exceptionally pleasant and for the 1st time I was asked if I'd like to be on the 1st floor. I could have cried because having arthritis in both knees and limited mobility I always have to ask and many times my request is not honored. I also had an issue with my TV and she fixed it right away. The next day was a pleasant experience as well in that the staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks so much for making my stay enjoyable. I will surely stay again and also suggest this facility to friends and family in the future.

They had me in the Handicapped room? The shower had very little pressure, the shower head leaked out of the extension, the water barely got LUKE warm. Some alarm went off at 3:30AM and it took forever for them to shut it off? Overall a nice place , comfortable but these things need addressed.
