Homewood Suites by Hilton Lancaster

Duann at the front desk, the housekeeping women, pool staff women, and the breakfast staff people were friendly and kept the facilities welcoming, clean, and fresh. The we here for one night and had lovely stay. The king room with pull out couch was spacious enough for three adults and one child to relax after a long drive. The pool was 3ft to 5ft, heated, and had towels and chairs available. I would recommend this hotel for single and family travelers.

Overall pleased with property. Room needs paint job and the entire stay experienced humming vibration in the property. Was very annoying.

Beyond being a noisy hotel with terrible beds, out room was filthy! Dirty shower cap hanging in the shower still! The doors had filth and scum all down them. Corners in room looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. Lightbulbs were out. The mattress on the couch was so old and thin you are better off sleeping on a yoga mat. We have stayed at many Homewood Suites and very had an issue. Highly disappointed. Called the front desk to be told there was no manager on duty and sent to voicemail. Still waiting on a call back. Not what you expected for a nearly $300 night.

Terrific stay. Rooms were great, quiet, comfortable beds, suite worked out great for my family. Breakfast was good, parking was easy, hotel is really nice in general and convenient to the freeways.

The cleaning lady wake me up before 10 am to clean the room . The check out it was noon

Superb, efficient service. The property is in great condition considering its age. A great, comfortable, relaxing, no-frills experience. I’ll be back.

Homewood Suites was a great stay. No issues when checking in nor any when checking out. The staff were friendly, smiles and all. My family and I stayed for 2 nights. We enjoyed the continental breakfast, tater tots cooked to crisp, sausage links10/10. Oh and the waffle maker was the hit of the day. The dining area was clean. The coffee station was also a hit…clean and tidy. The room was clean and just as expected. The king size bed was comfy, and clean. The sofa bed was “alright” as per my pre-teen. If you forget your shampoo/ conditioner don’t worry they got you covered. All In all, if you’re looking for a home away from home experience…book with Homewood suites. Peace and love, Norms

We had a large suite with a kitchenette, 1 king bedroom and 2 queen bedroom. It was perfect for our party of 5. The continental breakfast was great - waffles, mini omelets, tater tots, pastries, cereal, fruit, yogurt and hot beverages. Nice lobby and very friendly staff

The room was slightly musty when we walked in. What really bothered me was room location. The suite was literally less than 1 foot (maybe 6 inches) away from an exit door. My boys, who slept in the second room, could not sleep because of all of the foot transit and noise of the exit door opening and closing—even at 1 am in the morning! Why have a room so close to an exit door? It made no sense.
