Stayed here for one night the night before our cruise. The hotel has rooms both two floors below and one floor above the lobby entrance as the hotel is on the side of a hill. Luckily, we had a room on the floor above the lobby facing the water/town and the open window provided some aeration and relief from the warm room as it was unseasonably warm in January. The rooms were clean but small - thankfully we didn't have luggage. My one issue with the room was lack of outlets- the one accessible was in the bathroom over the sink, and we had to do a balancing act to charge our devices- also one outlet behind desk if you search. Breakfast included, panoramic views from the lobby. Ushuaia was a wonderful place to visit- recommend Tierra del Fuego National Park and Laguna Esmeralda- we had arrived earlier in the week before our cruise and had stayed in the center of town in an airbnb-which was lovely- transferred here by our cruise for one night pre-departure.

The restaurant dinner was genuinely fabulous - Michelin worthy. Mushroom risotto followed by a beef tenderloin that was 6 inches high and grilled to perfection. After that, a chocolate fondue with fruit and profiteroles! This is why I gave the hotel five stars. Had it not been for that meal, it would have earned 4. Unfortunately, the soundproofing between rooms is virtually nonexistent. This fact takes away from the beautiful view over the Beagle Channel. Service at the hotel was also very good with one big exception, a rather sullen woman (shania or something like it) greeted us on the fist day with absolute apathy and was never pleasant after that. The balance of the staff are great. But if you choose not to stay any the hotel, eat at the restaurant. It is worth the trip.

酒店在聖馬丁街街頭，地理位置很好找。房間是自帶小廚房的，這是我在整段阿根廷行程中不用特意問前台要熱水壺的酒店。房間裏是自帶中央空調的，溫度無法自行調節。酒店的按摩很棒，但是一定要提早預約，貌似技師衹有1位。我入住后先出海去玩了，等預約的時候衹能約1位，老公很遺憾的把機會讓給了我，先要按摩的人一定要提早約呀！整個酒店貌似衹有前台會英語，其餘工作人員很有禮貌衹是交流上有些困難，不過不影響這家酒店的入住質量。 P.S.這家酒店當時趙又廷拍南極之戀的時候和劇組包下過這家酒店~

酒店看起來是全新的：房間寬敞、舒適（尤其是床），配備所有必需的設施，臥室的家具是新的和豪華的。我喜歡在寒冷中度過漫長的一天后返回酒店的溫暖感覺。如果您在酒店內的餐廳用餐，可享受 20% 的折扣，他們還提供客房服務。 24/7 接待，親切的工作人員和美味的早餐。清潔服務很完美。只是一些建議：我會在早上感謝培根。晚餐供應的麵包很乾，看起來很舊。 WiFi 在高峰時段非常慢。總而言之，這是一次很棒的體驗。

After travelling for nearly two days flatout without much sleep at all, we were really looking forward to a comfy bed and a good kip, which is exactly what we got when we managed to get the room to a normal temperature as both radiators in the room and bathroom were on full whack and with it being a smll basement room it held the hart really well. All good after 10 mins with windows wide open, and radiators off. We booked through an agent that we had used for our Antarctic Cruise, and although we stipulated a double bed with possibly a good view the agent did not pass on this information and so we ended up in twins in a basement room (no fault of the hotel directly). Unfortunately the staff had no other rooms available to move us into, but said they could look into it for our second (and last) night,but we didn't want the hassle of having to pack again and move everything when we were heading out early the next morning, so we kindly declined. The breakfast was included in our rate, with plenty of mainly cold foods (although some small pieces of warm hotdogs and eggs). Breakfast was on the fourth floor, and the views were spectacular (see photos). We could see the ship from the window (that was supposed to be taking us to Antarctica - separate review to follow but please beware of more recent reviews of Ocean Victory if you are thinking of booking). Next door to the breckfast room was a coffee machine and pastries available to guests anytime, which was a lovely touch. The reception didn't make us aware of this, but my partner had spotted this on someone else's review fortunately. Again, the views while you are having a coffee are amazing. Stupidly forgot to pack out converters, but reception were kind enough to borrow us one for our stay. Location is ideal, everything in Ushuaia seemed easy to stroll to, it's only a few mins to the main shopping street, and only 5 mins walk to the port. Would highly recommend this place, but ask for a view because that is a massive key feature to this lovely little place.

Avoid this hotel if you’re reading this! It’s on the main street next to many restaurants and shops but the room feels too warm and once you open the window you will hear all the noises from the main street that you can’t fall asleep easily. The noise goes on all night. Mediocre massage at the spa. Breakfast was meh. The only good thing about this place is the location. Be noted that all reservations are confirmed in US dollars but you will pay in dollar MEP once you check in (1 USD equals 1176 MEP as of 09.11.24). Don’t rely on the local currency rate online, it’s not accurate. Stay somewhere else!
