果阿W酒店(W Goa)

ポップなデザインの内装が特徴的なホテル。広い庭の先にあるDJブース付きのレストランはリゾートのクラブ風で楽しいです。 部屋にもよるかと思いますが、私の滞在した部屋は植物と庭の池が見える快適な部屋でした。気候が良かったこともあり非常に気分が良かったです。そして清潔です。スタッフも非常に洗練されており、滞在は快適です。 一方、このホテルはマリオットグループではあるものの、クレジットカードでは事前決済ができず、銀行振込を要求されます。最初はインボイスも無く、メール本文で金額と振込先のみ送られてきたので面くらいました。 （インドの地方ではオンライン決済ができないという記事も見たことがありますが、請求漏れの料金は他の会社経由でチャージされたので、どうもそういった事情ではなさそうです） プラチナエリートが利用できるラウンジは無く、夕方１時間のみロビーでドリンクがもらえるとのことでしたが利用しなかったので詳細は不明です。 チェックアウトの時間延長も使わなかったのでできるか不明です。 素晴らしいホテルでしたが、年末料金の1泊10万円ならば他にも選択肢がありそうです。もっといえば、ポイントも特典もないのであればマリオットグループを選ぶ必要すら無いので。

The stunning location, modern design, and friendly staff create a memorable experience. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed, The resort's lively atmosphere might not suit those seeking total tranquillity, but overall, W Goa is a fantastic choice for an exciting and chic getaway.

The hotel didn’t have the bookings when we reached. They made us wait for an hour before they gave us the rooms. Also, they didn’t give us the promised rooms which were already paid for on **********, and instead of upgrading us to a better category, they actually put us in a category lower which was the base category. I am a good Member of both ********** and Marriott, and I do not understand this kind of service from a hotel of this stature. It is never about the mistakes that happen, but how they are dealt with and what solutions are provided.

It was supposed to be a couples retreat but did not turn out so. We booked a cottage room. Causes of concern 1.) Cleanliness and hygiene go for a toss when you find a live cockroach in the mini bar 2.) Safety was another issue. Please check if there is an event taking place at the property before booking. We had to suffer through the effects of Sunburn. We had a drunk and wet stranger knocking on our door at the middle of the night asking if this was the W.. called the security and they eventually caught him .. but it’s not what you expect from a 5 star hotel 3.) the lights will randomly switch on and off .. so be prepared for your electronic equipments to get messed up

Checked in yesterday in room 3309 since than a/c is not working guy came and switched on the fan since yesterday I am facing this ppl coming and checking and going more like I am here to supervise their maintenance, don’t visit this property during summers , it’s an air cooled property no a/c

From the moment you enter the lobby the hotels ambiance and modern touches strike you, down to an amazing fragrance within the guest check-in area. Checkin was effortless and everything explained about the amenities. My 4 year old daughter, Sister and Mother and I were travelling to Goa for a beach break and that is exactly what we got. The rooms were fabulous, modern, comfortable and cleaned meticulously. The bed was sooooo fab. Pools were great and so was the breakfast. We always got a bed and the fact there were already inflatables available was a nice touch. The meal we had in the Thai restaurant was a little lacking in flavour but the staff and service was 5*. The service & staff at the W were fabulous from the pool lifeguards, chefs at breakfast to especially the concierge who recommended and booked us the most amazing restaurants across our entire stay! I am just sorry we didnt get the chance to say bye and thank R for everything! I have travelled extensively and would say this hotel is one of the best in terms of service, ambiance and it’s fabulous modern decor / environment.

W hotel is a Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We had a fabulous stay at W Goa, most likely we like the hospitality in receiving us and decorating our room for our anniversary made us special and surprised which was arranged and decorated by ‘Lima Dsouza’ who is Recreation Executive in W Goa, she made our stay more special and memorable…. Thank you W Goa Team for making our visit special, hope we again plan for a visit in coming days….😊

I have reserved a table at rock pool cafe for my sister’s 50th birthday. Very nice place,good food and service. It was surprise for my sister,for that mr pintu helped me a lot,, thank you so much mr pintu.they gave complimentry cake with some sparkles!!!! Thank you so much for such a great service!!
