瑪雅壯麗酒店 - 僅供成人入住(Mayan Majesty Boutique Hotel)

L'accoglienza di Annita è stata la prima cosa positiva del posto, sorridente e premurosa, ci ha spiegato tante cose. Ho apprezzato molto la tranquillità del piccolo hotel, ci sono solo 6 camere e questo rende il tutto più speciale. La camera era spaziosa, silenziosa. Il bagno anche lui molto spazioso con una grande doccia fornita di shampoo balsamo e bagnoschiuma. Bellissimo il giardino esterno con le due piscine. Situato a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Buona anche la colazione, curata e con ottimi ingredienti, tutto in una pace lontano dal caos della città.

El lugar es fantástico, buscamos un lugar de último minuto para pasar un fin de semana relajante y sin duda este superó nuestras expectativas, nos encantó el lugar desde la habitación súper espaciosa, el baño, la alberca y el jacuzzi, está a unos minutos caminando del centro y especialmente el personal es muy muy amable, Janet es muy atenta y en nuestro check in fue muy linda en enseñarnos varios lugares que podrían interesarnos del área y dar información súper valiosa , sin duda vamos a regresar en una segunda ocasión!

Desde que llegamos el trato del personal fue excepcional, nos ayudaron a planear nuestro día y recomendarnos lugares para visitar. Los desayunos son deliciosos, los cuartos espaciosos y el ambiente tranquilo. El último día tuvimos que salir muy temprano y nos hicieron un lunch para llevar, quede encantada con este hotel.

Gleich ab dem ersten Moment fühlte ich mich zu Hause. Ich bekam ein wunderschönes geräumiges Zimmer mit Marmorbad, alles ist super sauber, das Bett ein Traum! Auf der Terrasse konnte ich in meinem Schaukelstuhl auf die wunderschöne Gartenanlage schauen und mit einem kühlen Getränk in der Hand den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Dank Marco und Arlette, dem Eigentümerehepaar, fühlte ich mich mehr als Familienmitglied denn als Tourist. So sah dies Linda, der kleine Maltesermischling auch und leistete mir oft Gesellschaft. Das Frühstück ist umwerfend, man kann individuell seine Wünsche äußern oder sich einfach von den Kochkünsten von Arlette überraschen lassen. Die beiden Pools werden von einer natürlichen Quelle gespeist; der Eine ist eher zur kurzen Erfischung gedacht, der Andere befindet sich halb in einer Grotte wo man schwimmen kann und den Tag erfrischt starten oder abschließen kann. Marco ist spezialisiert auf Geheimtipps, auf Orte, die vom Massentourismus noch verschont geblieben sind; jeder seiner Empfehlungen war ein voller Treffer und ich sah sicher mehr von der Region als so mancher Pauschaltourist. Eigentlich wollte ich nur 2 Nächte bleiben, aber dreimal kam ich zurück, da das kleine Hotel und Valladolid einfach einen ganz eigenen Zauber haben. Insgesamt blieb ich dann ganze 8 Nächte und der endgültige Abschied viel super schwer! Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse ohne Straßenlärm, Parken kann man vorm Hotel gratis. In 5 Min. ist man in meinem Lieblingsrestaurant Casa Maca, knappe 10 Min. sind es gemütlich zur Kathedrale. Ich sehne den Tag herbei, an dem ich dort die Tür öffne und rufe: „Doña Barbara ja vuelto...que barbara“

We were not expecting the neighborhood to look as it did .... Not realy inviting. But once inside the place is very nice. Only breakfast service, no bar or restaurant. A supermarket at 100m where you can buy all you need for a drink at the pool or on the terrace. Wifi was down during our stay. A pitty. Very friendly staff!

This is a lovely little 6, soon to to be 8, room boutique hotel with a pool and large jacuzzi tub, very large king size suites. The concierge, housekeeping, and breakfast service is absolutely fantastic (esp. Janet and Javier). They gave us great suggestions on where to go and when and saved us a lot of hassle, steered us away from tourist traps, and informed us about amazing local offerings. Very reasonably priced especially for what you get at Mayan Majesty. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

The hotel has a mold problem that caused me health problems immediately after I entered the room: severe allergies and difficulty breathing. I quickly went to reception and informed the receptionist of the problem, but she dismissed my complaint and did nothing. The next morning, after spending a night without being able to sleep or breathe, I reported my problem to the hotel once again. They told me there was nothing they could do, so they forced me to leave the hotel early. After first saying that they would refund me for the night, then they tried to refund only 50% of the night, which was unacceptable as I was forced to leave the hotel due to health issues. The manager, Marco, told me that they would not refund my money, and then he proceeded to act in a discriminatory way: he told me that they never had problems with their European guests, but only with the Mexican ones. He told me that this is why they preferred to rent only to foreigners and not to Mexicans, acting as if Mexicans were somehow below people from other countries. This was very offensive for someone who is married to a Mexican citizen and has lived in this beautiful country for four years. Finally, it is completely untrue that this hotel is 5 stars. In reality, it should be one or two stars. The toilet would not flush, the shower handle fell off onto my foot, and the entire hotel was in a general state of disrepair. It's embarrassing that people could come to this amazing country and think that such a low quality hotel could be rated 5 stars. This was probably the worst and lowest quality hotel I've stayed in, in my four years in Mexico. My wife and I had headaches and respiratory for two to three days after we left the hotel. If you value quality and your health, and stand against racism and discrimination, please don't stay at this hotel.

The hotel is nice and clean. All rooms are next to each other with a single big terrace. The room was big and nice with working AC, the bathroom overly big with a shower with good water pressure. Breakfast was limited but the food excellent and the staff very attentive and nice. Checkin was efficient and Javier made great recommendations for restaurants. The hotel is within walking distance from city center and offers free parking which was very convenient. Many thanks to Javier and staff for a nice one night stay. The terrace doesn't allow for much privacy. Second pool was closed due to renovations - would have been the perfect place to chill. There's no bar and no fridge in the room, but at least there's a supermarket about 100 m away - we were allowed to store a few beers in the hotel's fridge since the room didn't have a fridge.

Spent 2 nights here and found ourself with a very spacious but basic room. The beds were comfortable and the shower was huge. The hotel gardens were beautiful; a peaceful view which could be appreciated from the rocking chairs outside our room or the breakfast area. The breakfast consists of corn bread, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt and cereal or a hot option and we were pleased with this. The staff were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, we could not have asked for better recommendations of which cenotés and restaurants to visit.
