卡瑪麗亞阿黛爾旅館(Ca Maria Adele)

The hotel is in a perfect location, opposite the Santa Maria de la Salute church. From the second you arrive; (they organised a private water taxi transfer directly from the Airport to the door of the hotel, an experience not to be missed!) you are treated like royalty and nothing is too much trouble. We were immediately invited into the cosy lounge for a welcome drink of our choice, all beautifully served with a selection of snacks, whilst our luggage was whisked up to the room. The charming owner, Alessio, joined us for a most informative, yet friendly conversation. The room we had chosen (116) was the Doge’s concept suite, all very sumptuous indeed – just be aware it is VERY red in décor! The room had everything you could wish for; a separate wardrobe, dressing area on entering the suite, a very large and comfortable bed, views out of the window to the church (the bells do start quite early around 8am…) and a luxurious bathroom with a double spa bath, shower and a range of such lovely toiletries, which were replenished during our short stay of 3 nights. Our room was directly off the small, yet elegant breakfast room, where an amazing range of breakfast foods were served up until noon, a definite plus for us. The extensive menu is left on the bed during the evening, with fresh rose petals and you just fill it out for the following morning. On the 2nd morning, it was our Silver Wedding Anniversary and we not only had our wonderful breakfast with Prosecco and fresh strawberries, but a lovely cake as well! The staff are all amazing and really look after you with such care and attention you feel like long time guests after 1 night, they arrange trips, suggest excellent places to visit/eat – the list goes on!

j'avais réservé pour ma famille au début du mois de Mars 2023 pour le mois d'Août suivant un appartement de deux chambres loué par l'hotel comme une suite. J'avais choisi cet hébergement car il disposait d'un petit jardin. J'aurais sinon choisi un autre hotel . lls ont annulé la réservation une semaine avant notre arrivée, au motif que l'appartement n'était finalement pas libre. Ils m'ont envoyé un mail qui est tombé dans mes SPAM et que je n'ai trouvé que la veille de notre départ. A aucun moment l'hôtel ne m'a jointe au téléphone pour me prévenir. S'ils m'ont proposé deux chambres dans l'hotel cela ne nous convenait pas car Ca MARIA ADELE ne dispose d'aucun extérieur ce qui n'est pas adapté pour l'été. Les hôtels que j'avais regardés au mois de Mars étaient tous complets et nous avons heureusement trouvé sur la Giudecca un hotel qui vient d'ouvrir (Maison boutique Al Redentor) avec une très belle vue sur un merveilleux jardin d'oliviers et que nous recommandons. Je trouve en tous les cas l'attitude de l'hôtel CA MARIA ADELE inadmissible surtout pour un hotel de cette catégorie

C'est un avis très partagé! D'un côté l'hôtel est fabuleux sur le plan service et qualité. De l'autre, je suis assez déçu par la chambre . La salle de bain est à l'étage en mezzanine ! on doit monter et descendre 1 étage à chaque fois . et quand on regarde la description des chambres sur le site ce n'est pas mentionné. A déconseiller pour les personnes avec la moindre difficulté de mobilité !! La superficie de la chambre est très petite et on peut à peine circuler. La décoration bien que luxueuse est un peu oppressante. Trop de luxe tue le luxe . Le personnel est très professionnel et à votre écoute et super agréable. Mais je ne suis pas devenu un fan . Il y a à Venise pour ce prix là, beaucoup d'autres hôtels plus pratiques . Donc à la fin c'est dommage d'être déçu.

Worst service and rudest people we have encountered in all of Italy. We have been to Rome, Florence, Milan, Capri, Amalfi and this staff, specifically the male bartender, was despicable. Go literally anywhere else in the whole country of Italy.

Me encantó este hotel. Cuando llegas y te reciben, las instalaciones, la habitación, el desayunador….todo era hermoso. Estábamos terminando nuestra luna de miel, nos tenían listo un delicioso pastel. La habitación es hermosa y cómoda. El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Muy fácil de llegar, a10 min de la plaza de San Marcos. El desayuno muy rico y abundante, lo sirven en tu habitación, en el desayunador o en una salita muy coqueta, tú eliges. Todo el personal muy amable y considerado. Te invitan un trago al llegar y todas las noches hay disponible para que te puedas preparar un trago. El mejor hotel para Luna de Miel!! Me encanto!

The most beautiful boutique hotel - just as the photographs show. In a peaceful part of Venice (yes peaceful) yet only 1 easy vaporetto stop from St mark's square. We were welcomed at the private dock and taken to the salon along with our guide from the amazing VQT Transfers - by a glasss of prosecco. And even tho it was only 10.30 am everything was available. The service is warm, professional and discrete. Loved the many brollys by the door - we needed them on a couple of occasions! Bed sooo comfortable and the silence (other than the church bell which was reassuring rather than disturbing) meant undisturbed sleeps. Breakfast is amazing and defintley worth experiencing at least once - we decided to head out to local cafe's most of our stay. As with everywhere we went in Venice we experienced warm, genuine and generous hospitality. As for our leaving gift - thank you, we love it. And if you stay here you'll know!

Ottima posizione, struttura cura nei mini particolari e confortevole. Personale disponibile, eccellente colazione. Più che un soggiorno è una esperienza. Sicuramente ritornerò in questo hotel
