Locanda Ca' del Console 是一家很棒的飯店。我們和兩個朋友一起去了那裡。我們都感到非常受歡迎並且度過了愉快的時光。一進入飯店，我們就被入口處和接待區的裝潢迷住了。整個酒店最近重新裝修過。它非常乾淨，你會愛上你所看到的每一件家具。我們一到達就給我們提供了葡萄酒和普羅塞克，並簡要介紹了我們應該參觀的地方。酒店非常乾淨，東西令人難以置信，非常有禮貌和樂於助人，房間很漂亮而且非常舒適。下次我去威尼斯時，我們肯定會再次入住 Locanda Ca' del Console。

迷人的威尼斯住宅，設有可俯瞰水面的壯觀起居室（沒有玻璃或門！）：非常適合放鬆身心，同時享受眾多花草茶之一。業主非常有禮貌、友好、慷慨，並提供極好的建議。房間非常寬敞，清潔度無可挑剔。我們一定會回來並向大家推薦！極好的。

STAY AWAY Romanian woman that works there is absolutely terrible, I wrote a long review about her awfulness on *********** she really should nit be anywhere near the hospitality industry In addition I asked not to clean my room, they entered anyway and left the window open, I was bitten to death by mosquitoes. I wouldn't call one small crossoint a breakfast Lots of steps to your room if you have a heavy suitcase Seriously, STAY AWAY!

I will start with the good points: The place is a very authentic inn in a great location. Sadly the positives end here. The reasons I would not ever come here again: - Aircondition did not work and despite me reaching out, the problem was not fixed. I ended up not being able to sleep at all during the first night. The saving grace is that they moved me to another room on the second day - The staff on-site did not speak English. The older lady taking care of the property wasn't friendly and most of the time made me feel like I am an annoyance - The worst part is that they canceled my reservation after I checked out. I made my booking through an external website which allows me to gather loyalty points. I paid the full price by credit card, but of course, as the booking was canceled I am not able to receive the aforementioned bonuses. I have reached out to the property via WhatsApp, the booking website as well as email but am getting ignored completely. This is very much in line with their overall approach. To summarize, the place was nice, but there is zero commi**ent to customer satisfaction.

Nota di merito per la disponibilità e la gentilezza dello staff, sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi necessità del cliente. Struttura sita in un palazzo antico, splendido l'open space all'arrivo, con la finestra sul canale vero punto di eccellenza. Prezzo assolutamente in linea con gli standard cittadini. Camere confortevoli e silenziose; bella nostra camera, come sicuramente nelle altre, Il bagno è privato. Il nostri era di nuova costruzione, con un piatto doccia eccezionale. Buona la Colazione, che viene servita nella corte interna.

What a great stay in Locanda Ca Del Sol! The building is an old palace, all the furnitures are ancient and beautiful. It’s a trip in the old time of Venice. Our room was just next to the canal: a pleasure to see the gondola 😉. And finally, we had a warm welcome and Caterina is always available to help you! I highly recommend this place

This is a charming "bed and breakfast" experience. The family who runs it and the other staff are beyond incredible. We felt like family while we stayed there! We were taken care of from start to finish with incredible breakfasts, cappuccinos, recommendations and even private tours. This is the only spot I will stay next time I am in Venice!
