Vacanza in famiglia. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Davide il gestore è stato sempre gentilissimo e disponibile. La struttura, risalente al 1400 dona alla vacanza un fascino veneziano. La posizione è favorevole a spostamenti per visitare la città benissimo

La persona que te da la bienvenida David, es una persona súper amable te orienta muy fácilmente para pasear por venecia sin temor a perderte. El hotel ofrece un desayuno muy rico

Would definitely recommend it, really kind, friendly hostess, really spacious place, few minutes walk to any major places, would definitely revisit/ rebook place. Family of 4.

David is very nice and caring. He takes the time to answer any questions, and having generational family ties to Venice, knows the city really well and gives good advice. Rooms are clean and the breakfast is really good, not just muffins and tea. I would stay here again.

A clean small family run hotel. It’s dated but still in decent enough shape and it’s clean. Decent breakfast and an owner who is vested in making sure his guests have a good experience. Slightly off the beaten path but that’s good as it’s still close to the major sights and it’s quiet. Great value for the money.

Nice Location, Friendly Staff.

I loved this place, though I got terribly lost on my way there. (GPS is useless in Venice, much better to have a map.) The fact that it was a bit off the beaten track added much to its charm, however, so no complaints. The ceilings are nearly 6 meters (18 feet) tall and the rooms are quite spacious. Though I slept with the window open, I didn't see a single mosquito. The breakfast was a bargain, perfectly fine, and way too much for one person. Davide, the owner, was full of information and very kind. There are nice little restaurants full of locals in the vicinity, and a vaporetto stop nearby. Once I got my bearings, I realized that it was quite near San Marco. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.
