基里亞德酒店-聖馬塞爾-弗農(Kyriad Vernon ST Marcel)

非常友好的工作人員。

總的來說，它需要好好翻新一下，一切看起來都很舊而且過時了。去酒店最重要的事情之一就是休息，這種情況就複雜了，床墊完全下垂，需要緊急更換。令人費解的是，整個房間只有1個插座可以為設備充電，如果你有電腦、平板電腦和手機，那就有問題了。積極的部分是停車場，免費且交通便利，還有餐廳，我很喜歡它，產品好，價格合適。

迷人的歡迎，房間很乾淨，浴室維護得很差，就像公共區域一樣：門漆得很差。非常好的早餐和友好的工作人員。對於這個價格來說足夠了。飯店前面的停車場無人看守

J’ai réservé via expédia avec une annulation possible jusqu a 2 jours avant. Suite à certainement un pb informatique ni ******* ni l’hôtel n’a accepté d’annuler ma chambre. J’ai donc du revoir tout mon planing pour ne pas perdre d’argent et ai décidé de tourner cette page. Accueil d’une personne dont le sourire n’est pas franc. C’est surjoué ! Aucune remarque au sujet de ma demande d’annulation préalable non plus. Chambre bof bof: Taches sur les murs et la moquette, tv d’un autre temps, poils, pas de gobelet pour se laver les dents, matelas dur, table complètement abîmée, meuble abîmé également, insonorisation zéro. Le tout pour 85 eur ! Au départ, personne à l’accueil. Voilà ce qui vous attend.

La literie était parfaite. Les chambres étaient très propres ainsi que les sanitaires. L'accueil par le réceptionniste dès notre arrivée était chaleureux et avenant. D'une très grande politesse et amabilité. Le jardin était accueillant et calme bien que nous soyons dans une zone commerciale.

C'est peut être un bon 2* mais sûrement pas un 3* . Je ne comprends pas du tout le prix du petit déjeuner : 12€ ! C'est du vol ! Il y a d'y choix mais uniquement de l'industriel et du fade ! Même pas une machine à café, , un fromage du coin ou du pain frais. Le mobilier de la chambre est basique. Manque de prises ...une seule pr la chambre ! Le matelas n'était pas confortable ( gros creux au milieu ) Par contre c'était propre et le personnel vraiment très gentil !

What I can't understand is how the National Ministry of Tourism inspector renewed its 3-star status as recently as 2022! We didn't use the restaurant facilities at all so can't comment on them, but our room and no doubt all the others are long overdue for a refurbishment. To say that it is 'tired' is an understatement. The carpet had been badly mended at the bathroom entrance - photo attached, the desk surface was quite badly damaged, the chair and stool were too high to be able to sit at the desk, the curtain was hanging with two of the hooks unconnected, in short, it wasn't a good place to stay. I fixed the curtains, it wasn't hard. On the plus side, the chambermaid did a good job every day in changing the towels and bath mat and making our bed, the water was hot and the shower pressure was fine. The free wifi was the best of our holiday stay. On arrival, there was no kettle or coffee maker which is standard in hotels of any class these days in the UK. There is no lift to the hotel and as far as I could see, the rooms have no smoke sensors. Seriously, the 2-star Holiday Inn Express we stayed in at Folkestone was so far superior to this Kyriad, it beggars belief. The information for guests in the room invites you to 'Make yourself at Home' and offers a "Courtesy Tray" - a 'hot drink accompanied by a French-made sweet' and a "Free bottle of water to refresh yourself after your journey" - photo attached. I went to reception and showed them the info and they seemed surprised. They told me to return to my room and they would bring it to us. It consisted of a couple of paper cups, a small selection of coffee sachets and tea bags, sugar and two wrapped small biscuits, a classic case of over-promising and under-delivering. But they did bring a kettle which they left with us for the rest of our stay, but we're still waiting for the bottles of water. Oh, and the lady who came from the restaurant area when I rang the bell on our arrival was totally unsmiling and obviously couldn't wait to get back to having a social time with her colleagues. Thankfully, other members of staff were more courteous and friendly.

Good location as there are limited options in the area. The hotel is basic at best. Small windows, tiny in wall cooling unit, one power plug for entire room, mismatched pillows of uncertain history. Dry wall patches and old mismatched and dinged up furniture. A metal stool is the only chair in the room. For a single woman traveler it’s unnerving that it’s a physical key which could easily be copied. I do think it’s clean which is a plus. The breakfast and dinner room are actually quite nice although both did not eat in them. Staff does not speak English and there are no elevators to reach the second floor rooms. All in all it’s a “hard pass,” and I’d look elsewhere for more than a nights stay.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel, la responsable est arrangeante, le personnel aimable, souriant et à l'écoute. La chambre est tout à fait correcte et largement suffisante pour une nuit. Le petit déjeuner un peu cher mais copieux. Il n' y a pas de restauration le midi, mais nous avons pu profiter du jardin fleuri et bien ombragé pour manger un sandwich acheté dans une boulangerie à proximité.
