滑鐵盧希爾頓歡朋酒店(Hampton Inn by Hilton Waterloo Cedar Valley)

Basic breakfast included with little variety. Rooms clean and service ok but without much guest enthusiasm. Don’t expect much, it’s a basic hotel not much else.

Property was great. The pool was clean. Our room was clearn as well. We were in Room 102. The shower/bathtub faucet handle did not work well. We had to push it in to get it to turn on which made it very difficult to also turn off. The staff was wonderful especially Monica who made cookies and offered them to us in the evening. She didn't mind our dad's teasing either. We also appreciated the breakfast staff who offered to refill our coffee cups.

Had issues with telephone not working properly and bathroom light malfunctioning the final day. Notified desk who was willing to change room but did have an available handicapped

The staff and the room were nice. I would liked to have a printed TV guide - scrolling is tedious - but that seems to be trend at many places though.

Bathroom could use an update on caulking in the shower area, but everything else is fine.

When the pool was out of working order, the attendant helped with getting a discount on our rooms through *******.

Very nice downtown hotel. Great location. Transportation and parking great because of valet service.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, shower had good water pressure - and a spot to charge our vehicle!

The room was a good size (we got one with couch, kitchenette and two beds). Tv was good. Front desk struggled to find our check in info. ******* and hotel showed a pool was available but it was drained. Pull out couch had dirty sheets still on it. Breakfast was good. Wouldn’t stay at this location again though.
