Friendly, great price. No more than 3 star, but a place to stay in Watertown.

When I reserved, I Speciffically asked about the pool, as it was important for my Granddaughters, and when we checked in, we saw a SIGN that the pool was NOT IN OPERATION!! I checked other hotel's in the area, and there was NO vacancy since it was the same day! If Another hotel was available,I would have gladly gave up the fee for my room!! SEVERLY UNHAPPY WITH COMFORT INN!~ DO NOT trust them!!!! On top of that,I had to work on the toilet constant running MYSELF!!!

Very nice staff, good presentation. Negatives: Pool out of commission all weekend, room temperature control made horrendous noises all night, toilet too low for people with disabilities, beds not just firm but actually hard. Would probably not stop again as no sleep for the 3 days stay.

It started off so positive... and was all down hill from there. Asked front desk for room to be cleaned before cutoff -- came back later at night and it wasn't. Bathroom fixture (WC) had a broken handle / flapper and wouldn't work right. Uninterested front desk staff (you know who you are) who checked us in, took the request for room cleaning and checked us out --- pair it with room mechanical issues, housekeeping/communication issues, and a floor filled with noisy hockey tournament guests running in the hallway, slamming doors, yelling and drinking in the hallways and hotel rooms that are separated by what I can only call "cardboard-thin" walls. This weekend away was disappointing on every level. Spend your travel dollars elsewhere. I will from now on.

The hotel is in pretty good shape for its age, and the charge accordingly for a room. Bathroom is a bit outdated. Rest of room was good. The worst part of my stay was people slamming the room doors at all hours of the day and night. It was rediculously loud. Very nice people at front desk.

Comfort inn is central for all our needs... weekend away for shopping, reasonably priced, staff friendly, rooms great size with newer furniture, comfortable beds. House keeping looked after us, no issues. thank-you very much for great weekend accomodations.

Great hotel within minutes of the mall and all other stores ( on the same road). Rooms are very clean and updated and front staff are very friendly. Love the delicious cookies that were freshly baked daily for guests to help themselves too. Will definitely stay here again!

The siuite was comfortable and handy to all shopping and eating areas. There was no drinking water due to a water main break in the town which was out of their control. However the hotel could have provided a couple of bottled waters for each room. Other than that our stay was fine and we would book there again.

Was there in November and nicely updated. The room is bright and fresh and the beds were great. Bathroom could use an update but that isn’t an issue. I am very impressed having stayed there before…it’s lovely! Close to everything and easy to get around the area. We will be back!
