阿爾法旅館(Alpha Inn)

Lit inconfortable. Pas de micro-ondés ni de cafetière dans la chambre.

Front desk supposed to be open until 2:30 am. I got a message at 9pm asking when we were arriving. I said midnight. They gave us an access code to the room which worked no problem. We didn’t receive a wifi password though and nobody around to ask. Bathroom not filthy but dirty in the corners and walls. Found garbage behind night table when looking for an electrical receptacle. We have stayed at around 8 hotel/motels over the last two weeks along the same price range and this is by far the least impressive. Having said all that, i mostly need a place to sleep so it’s fine.

Needed a place to put our heads down for the night. Clean, efficient and an easy in and out.

Positives: soaker tub, new condition, clean vinyl plank flooring rather than stained carpet. Minimally furnished but homey.TV easy to operate and works well. Friendly and accommodating concierge who may have been the owner.Checked in about 11:00 pm so it was dark out and couldn’t clearly see surroundings.There is a Tim’s in area. Possible negative: stairs to 2nd floor and entrance might be a barrier for some people although it was okay for me.

Attitude upon arrival after having to call the service desk due to nobody being upfront, despite stating the time of arrival. Wrong reciept in our room as it was meant for someone else. No hand soap in the bathroom or soap for the shower. Beds were very uncomfortable.. but the place was clease and fresh

This is a low budget place that has been nicely renovated. It was clean and good for an overnight stop. A couple things could be improved. When people were smoking outside, the smoke came into our room through the air condirioning unit. Secondly, there was no night staff at the desk and the front door was unlocked so anyone could enter the building.

The rooms have been newly renovated and in good condition. Staff were friendly and helpful. A few annoyances: - Low water pressure in showers - Mattresses were old and uncomfortable - The Alpha Inn sign outside is ridiculously bright and flashes at night.Even with the curtains drawn it does have an impact.

The bed was 6" higher on one side, went to plug in the lamp and there was hair all around the plug.

Newly renovated room good but lacking amenities.. No: place to hang clothes Coffee maker Clock Tissues Couldn’t get TV to work Poor sound barrier…could hear conversation from next room. Unlocking room door is awkward. & have to carry door code paper with me Clerk coughed a lot
