Awesome service. Clean, quite, easy to get to hotel. Great verity of breakfast choices.

This hotel was perfect for what we needed. I was with my entire family in town for an event. The location was great, rooms were clean, and the employees were super friendly.

Had to wait a very long time to get checked in. However, staff was friendly. Great breakfast! (Just wish it started earlier than 7am on the weekends). Looked like there was blood on the door that was never cleaned and one of the beds was broken. Love this hotel chain though, so wouldn't stop us from staying again.

Very clean and nice place. I took a star because of staff and service only. The breakfast lady was very rude. They said breakfast is till 10. At 9:30am there was no food. The breakfast lady said that they had a basketball team in the morning, and they ate a lot. She said that if I asked her nicely, she would have made food for us, but I was not nice, and she would not. I can't say anything good about the receptionist that morning either. Attitude all the way. We stayed at the same hotel downtown Milwaukee recently and the staff was excellent there.

Everything was great except upon check in front door was locked and it was 10degrees out so running from door to door was freezing. I finally found a group standing in hall that let me in a side door. Check desk said they didn’t see me at front door. I think that’s a problem. Other than that everything was great

Went to see a friend for the night. Staff was amazing and friendly. Rooms were really nice and clean. The breakfast was ok but still good.

Got upgraded to a beautiful king corner suite. The hotel just opened in July. Beautiful property and staff, especially Matt desk clerk

Our check in experience was awful. After being exhausted at the local hospital all day with a family emergency we checked in at midnight and didn’t get to our room until 1:30. First she rang up our incidentals charge as the room charge even though I questioned why I was inserting the card into the reader and it said $169 not $100 so they needed to credit and recharge. Then we got to our room and it had not been cleaned. After a half hour she said she didn’t have another room with 2 beds for 3 adults so she would give us 2 rooms same price. Eventually she said she couldn’t split the room so she eventually gave us a room with 1 bed and a couch. Not what we paid for or wanted and total time was 1.5 hours!

The suite was extremely clean and decor was very nice and comfortable. It was very quiet I didn’t hear anyone overnight.
