One of my favorite places to stay when I go to Des Moines, but the elevator area and the windows are very dirty

Was disappointed with broken ice machine and the worlds smallest fridge- something leaking in the hallway outside of rooms

What a lovely hotel! The beds were very comfortable and the staff was really helpful and friendly.

The lobby was beautiful, the smell was too citrus based, the entrance to the pool and the fitness center had dirty rags though, the fitness center was hot and humid too. The front desk agent was nice when we checked in, but when we checked out, that front desk agent was abrupt and rude and was sitting and eating. She didn't seem to want to help. The agents should tell us where the amenities are when we check in but didn't. The room was ok, not enough toilet paper though, the towels were right by where the toilet is. The pillows were uncomfortable and there were crumbs on the couch. Breakfast was good. There was trash outside left, a general manager or housekeeper needs to do a walk around every morning but obviously didn't. The elevator was dirty and destroyed looking on the walls. Overall, ok stay. Not great. Ok.

Beautiful property. We had a key card issue. But they rectified it right away. I love that after a loooong day of travel we could order dinner in our room. And pre order breakfast delivered so we can be on our way. The rooms are phenomenal!

A great selection for breakfast even had Starbucks coffee. My only suggestion would be that they have more then one washcloth per occupant for overnight. Two would be best. We will be back and totally recommend.

Staff good, clean place. Not allowed to use discounts as we have before because we used ******* to reserve room.

We will definitely be back. The place was very clean, staff was absolutely amazing from the front desk to the housekeeping and bar staff. The rooms were very nice and comfortable beds. My kids especially loved the shower.

Great pool for the kids and clean spacious room!

Great location. Just off the interstate and close to many dining options. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

We love this hotel. The staff are the best and friendliest ever! They are super professional and always make us feel welcome. The rooms are clean. TV is large and has many options including streaming premium channels. Rooms are modern and beautiful. Never a problem here! We will be back in March and May if not sooner.

I liked our room. I thought the hallways and elevators needed cleaned and they didn’t have airport shuttle service like the website said.

Only thing I didn’t like was in the morning, trying to get a coffee was a joke….a little under staffed
