韋斯頓有可攜帶寵物的酒店

The room I stayed in was beside the pool and athletic center. It smelled musty and of chlorine. The smell was very overwhelming. I went to the front desk and I was told there was no rooms available. However, the website showed 4 available. The front desk clerk (which out of respect I will leave out their name) was very rude and disrespectful. She did state the smell was from the pool. She offered me Febreeze. I was kinda shocked by her behavior. She raised her voice several times. As someone who works with customers I would never treat others this way. I had no other place to go due to I had business in this area. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told they went home sick. I did not stay the night in the room I stayed in another co-workers room while still paying for my current room. I was told the next morning by a different clerk this was an ongoing issue with this room. They were working on correcting it, however the evening before I was told I was the first complaint which was a lie. I left my contact information with three different people and I have never received a call from any manager over my concerns or issue.
