那紹爾霍夫酒店(Hotel Nassauer Hof)

Wunderschönes Haus in bester Lage im Stil eines Grand Hotels des fin de siecle. Perfekt, wenn man das mag, für Liebhaber moderner Businesshotels nicht so ideal. Sehr angenehm, dass das Frühstück bis 11.00 Uhr möglich ist, dieses fällt für die Kategorie des Hauses vielleicht etwas bescheiden aus, so war einmal zwanzig Minuten vor Ende der Orangensaft, ein andermal das Fruchtjoghurt nicht mehr verfügbar. Diese kleinen Mängel wurden jedoch durch das herausragend freundliche Servicepersonal mehr als kompensiert. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Spa/Wellness Bereich mit Thermal Schwimmbecken mit einer sehr schön gestaltete Terrasse, die obwohl nicht allzu groß, doch durch die Pflanzen eine gewisse Intimität und Privatsphäre bei den Liegen schafft. Auch hier gibt es nur außerordentlich freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen.

This is still a grand hotel in the classic sense, upon arrival a doorman greeted us and offered to park the car and the luggage was brought up to the room. The suite was really nice, due to a biathlon they moved us to a courtyard view, which does need some attention as you see flaking paint but the thought was appreciated due to it being quiet. As we were there for the wine fest lack of view was not an issue. The rooms themselves are nicely decorated and very comfortable. The Spa and thermal pool are worth the visit and the staff there are great. Breakfast was a bit hit and mis and not what I would expect for such a hotel. The buffet side is good with a reasonable selection although somethings take time to get restocked. We ordered French toast from the menu one day and after asking for it 3 times gave up after 45 min and left. Water bottles in the room were not replaced and just left there empty for a few days, same with the empty champagne glasses and the plate with a half eaten strawberry . Walk past one of the other rooms which was being made up and noticed the housekeeping staff lying on the bed. One afternoon the kids used a lush bath-bomb which left some pink staining on the marble, when we came back found a letter from the turn-down service asking to contact the front desk about the issue as soon as possible. Although probably just to find out what it was to get the stain out. ( I managed it with water a towelette and some scrubbing) I guess that housekeeping not their strength. We normally stay in Mainz when we are in the area as we find the hotels there more consistent especially at this price point. This might seem like nit picking but at the price its the details you pay for and that's why its 4 not 5 in the rating.

Diese Bewertung bezieht sich auf die Bar im Hotel Nasssuer Hof. Wir waren an ein einem Samstag Abend ab 22.30 Uhr zu Gast und kennen die Bar bereits von diversen Besuchen. Sehr stilvolles Ambiente mit der Möglichkeit hier auch eine Zigarre rauchen zu können. Wir hatten einen hervorragenden und aufmerksamen Servicemitarbeiter (Merci beaucoup, Monsieur Vincent) und die Karte bietet eine hervorragende Auswahl an diversen Getränken mit und ohne Alkohol, da bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Ein Pianospieler rundet den gelungenen Abend ab. Fazit: die Bar im Hotel Nassauer Hof gehört sicherlich zu den schönsten in Deutschland, hier fühlt man sich wohl und kommt gerne wieder.

Die Therme auf dem Dach ist klein aber fein, der gesamter Service ist ausgezeichnet, das Frühstücks-Buffet ist qualitativ gut mit grosser Auswahl, in wunderschöner Ambiente. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, die Größe ist gut, die Aussicht auf das Kurhaus traumhaft, die Ausstattung angemessen.

Was ich am Nassauer Hof zu schätzen weiss, ist der Service auf hohem Niveau. Sicherlich hat es Renovierungsstau. Es ist auch kein Hotel Fontenay oder das Hotel de Rome. Das will es auch nicht sein!. Wenn der Doorman einem beim betreten des Hotels willkommen heisst, der Concierge gefühlt schon immer im Haus arbeitet und die Kollegen an der Rezeption einem herzlich begrüssen, gibt es einem ein gutes Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Als LHW Member war ein early check in und late check out ohne Probleme möglich. Die Lobby Bar lädt wie immer zum verweilen ein, und der Kuchen aus der Patisserie ist sehr lecker. Das Bar Team ist auch immer wie in den letzten Jahren das selbe. Sehr professionell und aufmerksam wird man als Gast umsorgt. und an Silvester ist die A**osphäre im Haus immer sehr schön. Es gab Life Musik in der Bar und die Stimmung war sehr angenehm. Sehr schön fand ich, das der GM durch das Haus lief und die Gäste begrüsste und auch das Gespräch zum Gast suchte. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der Auszubildende welcher für den Roomservice an Neujahrsmorgen zuständig war. Mit einer Freundlichkeit weit über Standard und einem strahlenden Lächeln über beide Ohren servierte er das Frühstück. Übrigens ist der Pool mit Thermalwasser und einem Ausblick über Wiesbaden eine Reise in den 5. Stock wert. Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt im Nassauer Hof mit meinen Eltern an Ostern.

This is a nice hotel in a great, perhaps the best, location in Wiesbaden. The staff were very nice, the bedding was top. However, even at 1,82 cm tall the bed was a bit short, but very comfortable. We rally enjoyed the spa area, its spaciousness and layout. The interior of the hotel is well worn. I was surprised after some time in the room to realize that room door does not lock by it self. It had to be manually locked with the room key. There are no USB outlets and 2 out of 4 power outlets did not work. However, WiFi was excellent! It is beyond me that any hotel in 2023 does not offer USB connectors even through a simple desk lamp. Unfortunately, the shower was the worst. The bathroom as a whole was nice and very spacious. The shower head could not be moved at all, the water stream went straight to the door and the large gap between the bottom of the door and the shower step in was big enough to almost flood the bathroom, despite using to towels on the floor to absorb the water. A simple shower door ***** could work miracles. These shortcoming should not be found in a “5” star hotel. As a matter of fact, in such a highly rated hotel I would expect the, environmentally friendly, shampoo, conditioner and soap dispenser to be in this order, as it most likely will be used in this order. This is the difference that make s truly 5 star hotel. I am sad that I have had this rather disappointing experience in such a historic place with so much opportunities.

Hotel in super Lage mit Flair. Das Spa hat ein Schwimmbad mit Thermalwasser und Massagedüsen. Das Frühstücksbüffet befindet sich in einem sehr schönen Raum und ist gut bestückt. Hinzu kann man kostenlos zusätzliches bestellen. Der Service war, da das Hotel ausgebucht war etwas langsam.

Most likely the best location in Wiesbaden, close to Kurhaus, ******, Theatre, nice pedestrian zone, Chris**as Market, ice rink. The outside of the hotel with the Chris**as lights on in the evening is just stunning. People stop and make pictures :). We experienced some problems with the Internet and the staff was u**ost helpful to find a remedy. In general, staff is very friendly and dedicated to guests. The mineral water pool on the roof is also great. Carpet floor might need replacement, but that’s the only caveat coining to mind and it’s not a big deal to us. We were very happy with our stay and will return once coming back to Wiesbaden.

Each room is different. Old charm luxury and all a bit posh. Breakfast is quite good in the Orangerie, makes you wonder if Audrey Hepburn sat at the same table. Visiting the thermal pool is a must! Lovely robes, slippers and bathroom toiletries. Front desk personnel are pleasant, it is evident they want you to enjoy your stay. There are only 3 TV channels in English.
