很棒的地方,從一天到一天斷開,感受度假的氛圍。

2022年1月/2月我在這裏住了15晚,旺季價格非常高–每晚34英鎊左右,前台通過電梯在一樓(英國樓層術語,或者美國2樓!)我的房間在3樓,顯然最近翻新過。住宿是基本的。沒有衣櫃–有8個衣架,一個行李箱架,一個房間保險箱,一個抽屜,兩個牀頭櫃洞,一張雙人牀,空調好,還有一台平板電視(有英國、美國和荷蘭頻道)。地板鋪的是瓷磚。衛生間只有冷水(對於一個30C氣候來說沒問題),洗澡但沒有插頭,淋浴很好,洗手池(但沒有插頭)和肥皂洗髮水每天都更換。毛巾也是每天都更換。免費早餐被停了(可能是因爲Covid),但每天早上在接待處都有咖啡。當地的麥當勞提供了非常便宜的早餐解決方案。酒店的Wifi很棒,保護得很好。所以,這是一個非常基本的住宿,但是如果你不想喝按摩浴缸和私人海灘,而是在庫拉索島探索和發現這個令人驚歎的島嶼,而不是沉浸在奢華中,然後就是性價比很高,滿意的住宿–和15-night入住的精彩去到了。而且位置就在Punda,Willemstad的中間!

This was our first time in Curacao and we had an absolute blast! The hotel was gorgeous (and brand new). The food was delicious and the rooftop is one of the best on the island. Definitely make sure to take a dip in the pool. Outside of the awesome amenities and central location, it was the service that really did it for us. The owner, Kuran, was hands-on and helpful with every part of our trip. From helping us with booking a rental car, to giving awesome recommendations, and making sure my partner's birthday went off without a hitch. He was always reachable (even when we needed extra towels at 6am before an excursion) and super friendly. I can't recommend this place enough!

It was fine,food was exceptional,the pool was clean and warm,drinks was pretty basic however we still enjoyed,the resort is very quiet so was a plus for us seeing that we just wanted a peaceful vacation. Tiffany at the front desk was accommodating and pleasant to us she's a Gem,Teddy at the Mangrove pool was the best bartender,over all I'll give it a 8/10.

The property itself is nice but there are a few problems but that's not what I want to leave this review for. This review& the low star rating is for an experience that I had with one of the workers,her name begins with K. SHE WORKS PREDOMINANTLY WITH THE PILOTS AND Attendants. She is fair complexioned,on the chubby side& wears glasses. The young lady was helping me when one of the pilots walked up she told me that I will be with you in a second and began to assist him & I said well how can you help him when you're not finished helping me. She responded that she needed to assist him. I posed the question again. This young lady looked me square in my face & instead of explaining to me her sole responsibility, with an attitude of annoyance told me that this white pilot is ”her priority” & continued assisting him. I was offended. to make a long story short.I told her about herself , her lack of professionalism and how EVERY GUEST IS A PRIORITY. I also spoke to the manager(Kim who was absolutely kind, friendly, welcoming, attentive and professional) who the day we were leaving seemed to be chummy ,chummy w/the young lady so I don't think any type of action was taken but I could be wrong. Anyhoo, whoever is reading this you need to RETRAIN some of the people that work there. Also, there needs to be training for all of the housekeepers that clean the rooms. There needs to be a uniform way of doing things. I'm of the persuasion that if I am spending my money I expect a certain level of service which was lacking. Papayago, please take a page out of the book of the Marriott in Grand Cayman. Just came back & service/ALL STAFF was ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars!

我平時很少評論酒店的，這次我真的不得不說一下，首先我們下午兩點半到酒店了，還一直沒發辦理入住，一直等到四點多！效率太慢了，第二就是入住的第二天早上五點多房間的警報鈴聲響起，那時候睡得正熟，突然被驚嚇醒，然後六點多又響一次，然後中午一點多又響一次，人真的要被弄瘋了！ 然後也沒有個解釋！哎 這次入住很糟糕

我和我的BFF已經去了庫拉索島4次了。我們最近三次在藍灣租了公寓。它有大門,安全,美麗,我們接觸過的所有工作人員都友好和樂於助人。上個假期-就在上週-我的航班被取消了,爲了回家,我不得不將住宿延長2晚。我很快搜索了庫拉索島的酒店,幾乎在榜單上排名第一的是Bayside Boutique Hotel。我立即預訂了房間,儘管我從未去過那裏,但由於它位於我熟悉的同一處,我非常有信心我會沒事的。我現在要一個人呆着--即使我發現庫拉索島超級安全(我住在犯罪率很高的島嶼上),單身女人,你知道的。我不想擔心。我沒有擔心。工作人員樂於助人,樂於助人。從幫我重新編程電視(因爲我是一個垃圾場,當然也打錯了無數個按鈕)到安排出租車--到另一個Covid測試以及機場。(在那張紙條上,他們安排司機不僅等我考試,還讓我跑進雜貨店,不收我額外的費用。出租車不便宜,但司機很棒,我因此向他報了小費,以感謝他的好意)房間一塵不染,佈置得很美觀,設施很可愛,牀很舒服。酒店很華麗,真的,我無法對這個地方說足夠的好話。我唯一能給出公平警告的是-老建築=很多樓梯。所以,當你的行李像我的,是我的重量的兩倍時,就做好準備!!!或者尋求幫助。他們會的!!!我絕對喜歡這裏,並將考慮預訂這個以備下次訪問。

第二次入住 酒店整體環境不錯 但是房間的衛生打掃不滿意。 很多客人2天房間沒有被整理和清掃。 早餐還是值得肯定的。 前台服務也很好。 海景和庭院景觀都很美
