The staff were nice and I felt welcome. The only reason for the low score was due to the paper thin walls. I could hear normal conversations clearly. But overall it was a nice stay.

I liked everything about this property except for the fact that the AC unit did not have a continuous fan.

The price of parking was not mentioned at all. Shocked had to pay 34 for over night stay. The valet personal were very noce .just shocket the price of parking was 1/4 of pri e of hotel

This was the only hotel I would stay when I travel to Delaware, well never again. The first room they put me in, the air conditioner made a terrible noise. The stairwell look as if someone was living in it. Parking used to be free now they are charging $34 dollars a day to park on the street which the hotel don’t own. I’ll never stay here again. One night there was an altercation with the manager and some woman and her daughter. I felt unsafe staying at the hotel.

Had to force them to honor my reservation several times. Kept telling me "that's between you and *******" when I explained I'd paid for something already and the "glitch" was in THEIR system, not *******'s. Had to fight for the type of room, but also after they acted like one of my employees was a no-show, when he'd already checked into and SLEPT IN HIS ROOM the night before. Didn't have towels in my room, and when I asked for some, they lied and told me there weren't any clean ones in the whole hotel. I say lied because, when pressed, they miraculously found 2. Honestly the worst hotel staff I've encountered in my life. Never felt more like a Karen, and it's 100% their fault. Housekeeping and facilities were great, however.

The 2 night stay was excellent. The cleanliness is top notch, and ai am very particular about cleanliness! The beds are very comfortable, staff is very courteous and helpful. We had no issues at all.
