斯託爾斯旅館 - 前貝斯特韋斯特斯託斯酒店(The Inn on Storrs)

Older hotel, but overall decent for a 1-night stay. Super close to Eastern Connecticut and UConn. Breakfast consisted of cereal, fresh fruit, prepacked pastries, and drinks (coffee, juice, etc) - McDonald's is across the street and Applebee's next door (with long waits on the weekend).

Desk staff was very helpful with any questions I had, both in person and over the phone! Very sweet. The room was clean- and the AC kept the room a very good temperature. Primary con is that the bed was very small- luckily the room had two beds because me and my partner couldn't both lay down comfortably on one

Overall, my stay was excellent. However, my stay commenced with me being told I had an outstanding balance, which i did not. After showing the desk person my ******* receipt, he allowed me to stay without having to make further payment. Notwithstanding, it was not how I wanted my stay to begin,.

The hallways had an overpowering perfume smell as if they were trying to coverup another scent. We told them on Friday night the hot tub was not working and they said they’d look in to in. Asked again on Saturday and still nothing….the water was freezing cold. Two false fire alarms at 9;30 pm; one on each night. The continental breakfast was underwhelming. On check out three other people with us we’re waiting for service after almost 30 minutes the clerk came in carrying his take out food order. Asked for my final bill and was given someone else’s and now have their personal information. If I could do a do over I would get my money back and go elsewhere. DONT stay there

the room was very clean and comfortable only compliant was i was on the ground level in the back units RM 141 the window was broken cracked felt a bit unsafe that someone could easily enter the room

It’s definitely not the Ritz Carlton but for the proximity to UConn campus and the price it makes for a great option when visiting your UConn student. This is our second time staying and will definitely come back.

Our room, in the newer part of the building was nice; the bed was comfortable and it was clean. However, the common areas, especially the bathroom on the lower level off the lobby, was well below par. The check in agent could not get the printer to work, so that process took way too long. No elevator is also inconvenient.
