I liked the Places customer service 24/7 but stayed for three days they didn't change the bedsheets and towels, the windows can't be opened and only one microwave for all guest in the building .

Good place for a quick over night stay close to airport and cheap would stay again for short stay only

the staff was friendly helpful and patient but the rooms were not worth the rate with single beds and surcharges for couples no cups or coffee in the rooms but in all fairness, they have greatly improved an old dump of an old hotel into a moderately friendly environment some nice creature comforts would go a long way to making it more comfortable and welcoming that is why I would say it is the average stay. but top-notch staff and management

I booked this because its the nearest to the clinic where my son has an appoin**ent. When I saw photos in *******, it looks okay. When I saw the price, I was expecting a decent hotel. It was an old hotel, some parts are renovated not done by professionals, its like a patch work. Cleanliness, it was done in maybe in a limited budget. The room, and overall maintenance is too expensive for what its really worth. Compared to other hotels that we booked, this could be around $70-80/night, not $140/night.

Everything was unfreindly and difficult to manage. The booking image on ******* is very misleading and the room is not as presented in pictures. Even the actual pictures (not the stock photo used for the listing) are not the current condition of this run down establishment. The listing was non-refundable and I only planned to sleep in the room, so I figured that it would suffice. However, the room was directly over the bar where loud music and bar noises go until 2:00 am. There was much more wrong with this room like broken and non-working lights, non-functioning tv, old exposed radiator, and more. The bed was crumpled on one side and smooth on the other - did someone use one side and the covers thrown back over? Even getting refunded the $250 damage deposit was a hastle. Instead of cancelling my pre-authorization they refunded me and then asked me to pay it back to them.

We couldn't stay there we felt not safe and had to find a different motel. Wish I could get back my money.

It wouldn't a fit hotel to stay in Dangerous area and a dirty spot

The staff were very helpful. Close to hospital. Price was acceptible and the room clean. New owners trying their best to accomidate

The place is horrible it smells smokey and they do not have anything organized, no room key. Everytime i leave the room they have to open it
