Not very friendly at check in - just doesn’t speak. Found a couple of bugs in my room. Otherwise a good stay. Great amenities and location .

The place is inviting and beautiful, worth a visit. There was wonderful service and many complimentary items as well, such as breakfast, cheese and wine, and milk and cookies.
Everything was very nice especially considering the age.
What caught our attention most probably is that they have a cat, miss sally, who is just out and about, and is a sweet
little surprise

The room I reserved was not like the ones shown on line. Mine is dull and drab! The only good thing about this room is the remodeled bathroom. The lighting is poor to not not show the carpet that is old and dirty with stains! I’m highly disappointed and will not be back. When I asked for a room as shown on the website I was told they had no other rooms that were clean! This was false advertising and I don’t appreciate it! I’m very uncomfortable here!

Beds are a little tired and blinds on windows are cheap. No black out shades. But place has unique character and charm.

I could not recommend this place enough. This is our 2nd time staying and the attention to detail at the hotel is impeccable! Ms Sally the cat is a favorite, as well as the wine and cheese and milk and cookies every night. The breakfast is extravagant and delicious! This hotel is worth every penny!

Beautiful, unique property, friendly staff, southern hospitality,spacious room and meeting areas. We enjoyed the complementary happy hour ,evening cookies and breakfast. We will be returning here when our travels take us to the area.
