BEWARE this place is not what you see online. SEE PICS BELOW. It was gross almost didn't stay, we're exhausted. Thank God I bring my own stuff. The handle to the toilet broke off and they had someone come in the room at 8:00pm with 2 small children to almost 9:00 pm to fix it. I WAS CHARGED $10 FOR A WASH RAG THAT I DIDN'T USE. I BRING MY OWN FOR SANITARY REASONS. Imagine if this happens to every guest? Hmm I'll be getting in touch with Trip, HJ and Wyndham.

This was a great little place and located in the perfect spot for me. There were plenty of places to choose from for dining and entertainment.

I booked 2 rooms for business associates and I'm SHOCKED to hear from them regarding their stay at Howard Johnson by Wyndham, Winter Haven, FL. They had no option but to stay as it was late in the evening when they arrived. Hotel needs to change their website pictures as it doesn't show the true conditions. The Breakfast was terrible that my associates had to go elsewhere to eat. Rooms were in DIRTY...SHAME ON WYNDHAM!

This is a wonderfully updated hotel. Clean and lovely. Decor very nice and quiet unless people are talking in hallway. Staff was so eager to please! My only complaint is that the breakfast was bare minimum, but there is a wawa next door to walk to. Overall, an excellent location and stay.

Great experience from my greeting, to the room and my exit. Quick check in even though it was third party, room was good, beds comfy and lots of channels to choose from. Will stay again on our next Legoland trip in two months. My kids liked better than Best Western we stayed in last time

The stayed for two nights. Checking in was lass than optimal, but the WORST was the RAGING PARTY that kept going on and on with light and music until the POLICE finally broke it all up with sirens at 2:00 A.M. Then, on the second night the fire alarm went off with a piercing tone from 12:30ish for a whole hour. My husband went to see if there was an actual emergency and the employee said no—they we working on trying to make it stop. So for two majorly uncomfortable nights we stayed there. I didn’t sleep, my husband didn’t sleep, and my two children sure as heck DID NOT get to sleep well!! It was AWFUL!! The family who run the hotel are nice enough, but they should have done something a whole lot sooner about the party raging the first night!! Our sliding glass door was rattling—it was EXCESSIVE and horrible! We would NEVER stay there again!

Old property, too expensive for what it is. Pool was down for a while, fitness center not open, breakfast was a joke, basically it is a pancake machine, some small apples and bananas and mini muffins and a juice machine. Stay for 3 weeks waiting on a house purchase, way over priced, talked to staff couldn’t get a deal

Nice spacious rooms, but noisy since construction was going on next door....started early around 6 am, a lot of pounding, drilling & banging. Breakfast skimpy...no meat offered.....pancakes made with a machine but came out too soft & needed cooking longer. Clean hotel though.

For a hotel to be 8 mins from Lego land my room could have been clearer. There was literally blood on the wall. The self serving pancake machine was cool but again blood on the wall…seriously.

After seeing some of the previous reviews i was a little concerned, but i was very happy with the room. It was clean, it didn't smell, and the woman at check-in was very friendly. I will definitely consider staying here again.

The rooms are very good and clean, the only thing that we were very disappointment was the breakfast. When it said continental breakfast on the website is not what we expected. they only have pancakes and fruits.

Dated property , room smelled like old smoke, shower head clogged. Comfortable bed, clean bedding and towels. Least expensive room in town. You get what you pay for.

Room was clean and very spacious.bathroom was small but iver all very pleased with our Stay.Pancake breakfast was a great compliment to our expierience here!will come again and recommend as well

The room that I was switched to was nice and clean. The toilet would not stop running, because the flap in the tank would not close. They fixed it once, but started back up. The breakfast selection (even for continental) was next to none.
