First of all, the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms itself is another story. I was told that all rooms have connecting doors to each other rooms. What?!!yes there are locks that you can secure it but I have never encountered this staying at a hotel. A hostel yes but not a hotel. The faucet from the shower was pulled out from its place. The mini refrigerator was not working despite several attempts. I did mentioned it to staff and they offered if I wanted it handled before or after breakfast. Lastly, breakfast wasn’t appealing. Not enough options for protein only yogurt. Perhaps bagels with cream cheese or eggs would be an option. This place has potential because of the staff. I hope some of these ideas are taken to account to be able to see this place soar.

BEWARE this place is not what you see online. SEE PICS BELOW. It was gross almost didn't stay, we're exhausted. Thank God I bring my own stuff. The handle to the toilet broke off and they had someone come in the room at 8:00pm with 2 small children to almost 9:00 pm to fix it. I WAS CHARGED $10 FOR A WASH RAG THAT I DIDN'T USE. I BRING MY OWN FOR SANITARY REASONS. Imagine if this happens to every guest? Hmm I'll be getting in touch with Trip, HJ and Wyndham.
