We stayed at the Royal Hotel in June 2023 as part of a tour group. Positives - Great location right in the middle of restaurants and easy walking distance to Republic Square, the Cascades park - Rooms are a good size Negatives - We stayed 4 nights and had some sort of wifi issue every day. Some days we had no reception at all. Reception was best in the hotel reception and even then the quality was low - Staff had loud arguments in the front reception - Another guest who checked in for the first time early one morning came back down to tell the staff that her room had not been cleaned. She needed to be moved - Fruit offered at breakfast was bruised and poor quality - The chairs in the dining room were stained and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years - Secure lock up for your luggage when you check out was just putting luggage behind the bar in the reception area. It wasn't tagged or securely stored - Reception was not continuously staffed. On the day of checkout, I had to go to the kitchen to find someone to help. They ended up having to call the reception staff as they couldn't be found - We had a coffee station and no kettle. Only one person in our group of 30 had a kettle in their hotel - The bathroom has been remodeled but there is no sealant under the glass shower panel so your bathroom floor gets wet While the hotel is rated 4 stars, be aware that you probably won't experience this but will pay the price of a 4 star hotel

Отличный отель в центре Еревана, завтраки вкусные, персонал дружелюбный. Подходит для бюджетных путешествий. Месторасположение отличное, кондиционер работает, все чисто и комфортно. На ресепшене можно найти информацию про туры по Армении и Грузии.

Восхитительный номер по очень приятной цене ! В номере есть Всё от свободного пространства - комплектации номера и душевой с махровыми халатами и полной стойкой туалетных необходимостей . Дизайн номера в мягком сером , матрас Вах-Вах , постельное бельё , уборка - профессиональное качество для полноценного отдыха. Чайный кит + 2 средние минералки , полный холодильник . Шкаф с подсветкой , сейф Телевизор включается без головоломок . Ночной консьерж внимателен, любезный. Дневной ресепшен забывает сдать сдачу , фактуру , медленное растерянное обслуживание .

Our group was based in the Ani Central Inn. The hotel claims 4 stars but it’s not. Some parts of the hotel have decent rooms. I wasn’t that lucky. My room was small, noisy ( from outside and the corridor) and unpleasant . The cleanness of the bed was questionable as I found a long black hair on the bed sheet when lifted the blanket. Everything looked shabby and cheap. Breakfast was OKish . To use the swimming pool in the basement you have to pay extra. The location- 15 min walk to the centre along not a very glamorous street full of cheap shops. There is a shopping centre and a central market opposite the hotel. After a sleepless night, I moved to Holiday inn and finally felt comfortable and relaxed. I don’t recommend this hotel.

This is everything you would expect of a modern Luxury Collection property. The rooms, the pool, the gym, breakfast... all top notch. Location is also perfect. There were, however some problems. Some serious. Some minor. Serious: - there is no way to contact the hotel electronically prior to arrival. There is no published email. I contacted them by Facebook Messenger, and they gave me an email address.... to which they did not reply. I recontacted via Messager... and they did not reply. No email address for a hotel in 2023 is not acceptable. - I was arriving ahead of the check-in time (10am vs 2pm) and checking out well before the check-out time (6am vs 12 noon). I explained the situation, said that I did not need my room early but i) if it was available great but ii) if it wasn't I would freshen up and change my travel clothes in the gym changing room. The answer - 'if you want the room before 2pm, you pay 50% of the daily rate. You may access the gym only after 2pm'. I was shocked. I understand that they are under no obligation, but refusing to allow someone to use the changing room?? I insisted. Eventually they relented. The changing room was perfect (and empty). But not good first impressions. - Returning from dinner, I was surprised that there is no evening turn-down service. I went to bed just before 10pm (I had been travelling) and did not think to put up DND sign because I was getting up at 6am and receiving room service breakfast. The turn down service came into my room just after 10pm when I was in bed. That is bizarrely late IMO (note that Yerevan is a late city with limited morning activity). - Room service breakfast was delicious except that orange juice was in a bottle. In Armenia, fresh OJ is available from any roadside stall. Surely the kitchens of the Alexander can produce it for breakfast? The hotel is expensive. It seems to be priced with the diaspora in mind who will not be surprised by NYC or Paris prices. For example, the $200 per hour for a massage is really extreme in this part of the world. I have no doubt about their claim to be the best hotel in Armenia, and I appreciated the luxury and service after some challenging travels through the Caucuses. However, I do think the management should get a grip on the service/value balance.

如果你對細菌有恐懼感,選擇酒店總是一項艱鉅的任務。在研究了幾十家酒店後,我決定預訂戴夫酒店埃裏溫。2021年開業,酒店還是覺得全新的–房間和公共區域都是質樸的,食物新鮮,員工開心。 此外,戴夫酒店還提供各種根據您的日程安排、喜好和興趣而定製的旅遊項目。 非常感謝你組織了一次精彩的塞萬湖和加尼的一日遊!!在塞萬湖騎噴氣式滑雪時欣賞美麗的亞美尼亞全景是我一生中最棒的旅行經歷之一!我還在埃裏溫參加了一個晚上的旅行,是星期二,但是這座城市感覺像週五–非常有活力。共和國廣場是藝術品,但是天文台是我個人最喜歡。 雖然我在30-hour的埃裏溫旅行中(在***n的幫助下)看到了很多,亞美尼亞卻有很多東西可以提供。我等不及要回來!

印象深刻！回復郵件很及時。我們在出發前一天，他們把電話打到了北美，確認我們的預定並且確保達到了我們的要求，並祝我們旅途安全。位置好，走幾步就是共和國廣場，環境很安靜。早餐好吃，菜單會根據每天的熱菜改變。裝修很漂亮，現代化，環境舒適。我們不想住在一個超大號的酒店裡。滿足了我們每一個要求，而且還有額外驚喜呢。這家店很贊，我們一定會再來的。不要捨近求遠，這家店不會讓你失望的，而且會超出你的預期。

The hotel is good and the rooms are huge enough for me. Although, they don't have lift specially when your room is in the higher floor but it won't change the fact that they give best service. Room was perfectly clean and sanitize which is i love most. Breakfast is from 8-11am which I was so excited everyday to wake up and eat their traditional food as I never tried. They have contacts in reception if you wanna call a tour package, it was close enough to Republic Square.
